چکیده
|
مقاله حاضر با هدف بررسی رابطه بین میزان بهره مندی جانبازان از خدمات سازمان بنیاد شهید و امور ایثارگران وکیفیت زندگی باتوجه به نقش تعدیل گر ویژگیهای شخصیتی انجام می شود. جامعه آماری در این پژوهش شامل 22000 جانبازاستان گیلان می باشد روش نمونه برداری از نوع غیر احتمالی در دسترس می باشد. با توجه به اینکه جامعه ی مورد مطالعه از نوع محدود است، از فرمول کوکران جامعه ی محدود برای انتخاب نمونه استفاده گردید و حجم نمونه 300 نفرانتخاب گردید .به منظورتحلیل داد‌ه‌های پژوهش واستنباط وآزمون فرضیات، از روش الگوی معادلات ساختاری، از طریق نرم افزار plsاستفاده شد.نتایج نشان داد که بین خدمات بهداشتی، مسکن،آموزشی و فرهنگی،ورزشی و تفریحی بنیاد شهید با کیفیت زندگی جانبازان ارتباط معنی داری وجود دارد. ویژگی های شخصیتی رابطه بین خدمات بنیاد شهید با کیفیت زندگی ایثارگران ارتباط را تعدیل نمی کند.

Abstract
|
the purpose of this article is to investigate the relationship between the amount of benefit of veterans from the services of the martyr foundation and veteran affairs and the quality of life according to the moderating role of personality traits. the statistical population in this research includes 22,000 veterans of gilan, non-probability sampling method is available. considering that the population under study is of a limited type, cochran's limited population formula was used to select the sample and the sample size was 300 people. in order to analyze the research data and infer and test the hypotheses, the structural equation model method was used through pls software. the results showed that there is a significant relationship between health, housing, educational and cultural, sports and recreational services of shahid foundation with the quality of life of veterans. personality characteristics do not moderate the relationship between shahid foundation services and the quality of life of martyrs.
