بررسی میزان تاثیر راهکارهای مرتبط با ابعاد آموزشی، پژوهشی، فرهنگی وهنری در ترویج فرهنگ ایثار و شهادت از نظر دانشجو معلمان دانشگاه فرهنگیان (مطالعه موردی: دانشگاه فرهنگیان استان لرستان)

این پژوهش با هدف بررسی میزان تاثیر راهکارهای مرتبط با ابعاد آموزشی، پژوهشی، فرهنگی وهنری درترویج فرهنگ ایثار و شهادت در دانشگاه از نظر دانشجومعلمان انجام شد. روش گردآوری داده ها، توصیفی– پیمایشی است و از نظر هدف چون با شناسائی میزان تاثیر راهکارها می توان نتایج را مبنای برنامه ریزی قرار داد، در زمره پژوهش های کاربردی قرار می گیرد. جامعه آماری پژوهش 1678دانشجو معلم پسر و دختر شاغل به تحصیل دانشگاه فرهنگیان استان لرستان در سال تحصیلی 1400-1399 بود که با روش نمونه گیری تصادفی طبقه ای تعداد 317 نفر از آنان انتخاب شد. برای گردآوری داده ها پرسشنامه محقق ساخته در مقیاس 5 درجه ای لیکرت با ضریب پایایی0.97و برای تحلیل داده ها، نرم افزارspss22 بکارگرفته شد. براساس یافته ها از نظردانشجومعلمان میزان تاثیر راهکارهای ترویج فرهنگ ایثار و شهادت در دانشگاه به ترتیب رتبه شامل راهکارهای بعد فرهنگی، آموزشی، هنری و پژوهشی می باشد. تاثیر همه راهکارها بیشتر از متوسط ارزیابی شد واز نظر دانشجو معلمان دختر و پسر و هم چنین دانشجومعلمان وابسته و غیروابسته به خانواده ایثارگران در میزان تاثیرگذاری راهکارها در ترویج فرهنگ ایثار و شهادت در دانشگاه تفاوت معنی دار مشاهده نشد.

investigating the effectiveness of strategies related to educational, research, cultural and artistic aspects of promoting the culture of sacrifice and martyrdom from the point of view of student teachers of farhangian university (case study: farhangian university of lorestan)

this study was conducted to investigate the effect of strategies to promote the culture of sacrifice and martyrdom in the university from the perspective of studentteachers. the research method is descriptive survey and its approach is also applied. the statistical population included 1678 student teachers of farhangian university of lorestan province who were studing in 2020-2021 academic year and 317 of them were selected by stratified random sampling. the measurement tool was a researcher-made questionnaire on the likert scale with a reliability coefficient of 0/97 and the data were analyzed using spss22 software. according to the findings, the effect of the four strategies in promoting the culture of sacrifice and martyrdom in the university includes cultural, educational, artistic and research strategies, respectively. the effectiveness of all strategies was assessed as above average (high) and there was no significant difference in the effectiveness of strategies in promoting the culture of sacrifice and martyrdom in the university for male and female students-teachers as well as student-teachers related to the families of the martyrs and independent.
