تاثیر اخلاق فردی بر اخلاق سازمانی با میانجی‎گری اخلاق خانوادگی در کارکنان یک دانشگاه نظامی

این تحقیق، با هدف «بررسی تاثیر اخلاق فردی بر اخلاق سازمانی با در نظر گرفتن نقش میانجی اخلاق خانوادگی» انجام شده است. سوال اصلی این است: آیا اخلاق فردی می‌تواند تاثیری در اخلاق سازمانی و چگونگی تعامل فرد با همکاران خود داشته باشد؟ آیا با ورود متغیر اخلاق خانوادگی به عنوان متغیر میانجی، شدت رابطه بین اخلاق فردی و اخلاق سازمانی دچار تغییر می‌شود؟ روش تحقیق، با توجه به هدف، کاربردی و از نوع همبستگی است. جامعه آماری تحقیق کارکنان یکی از دانشگاه‌های نظامی تهران و نمونه آماری تعداد 70 نفر از کارکنان است که با نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. ابزار تحقیق، پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته است که روایی محتوایی آن توسط 20 نفر از خبرگان مورد تایید قرار گرفت و پایایی آن هم با استفاده از آلفای کرونباخ، 91/0 به دست آمد. نتایج نشان داد که اخلاق فردی دارای تاثیر مثبت و معنادار در اخلاق سازمانی است. همچنین اخلاق فردی دارای تاثیر مثبت و معنادار در اخلاق خانوادگی است؛ هرچند شواهدی دال بر نقش میانجی اخلاق خانوادگی در رابطۀ بین اخلاق فردی و اخلاق خانوادگی مشاهده نشد.

The Effect of Individual Ethics on OrganizationalEthics Through Mediation Family Ethics(Case Study: Staff of a Military University)

This study was conducted with the aim of &examining the effect of individual ethics on organizational ethics by considering the mediating role of family ethics& The main question is: can individual ethics have an impact on organizational ethics and how the individual interacts with his colleagues? Does the intensity of the relationship between individual ethics and organizational ethics change with the introduction of family ethics as a mediating variable? The research method, according to the purpose, is applied and correlational. The statistical population of the staff research is one of the military universities of Tehran and the statistical sample is 70 employees who were selected by simple random sampling. The research tool was a researchermade questionnaire whose content validity was confirmed by 20 experts and its reliability was 0.91 using Cronbach’s alpha. The results showed that individual ethics has a positive and significant effect on organizational ethics. Individual morality also has a positive and significant effect on family morality; However, no evidence was found to mediate the role of family ethics in the relationship between individual ethics and family ethics.
