تبیین روش‌های تربیت دینی بر پایه اصلِ نیازمحورِ تدریج

پژوهش در زمینه اصول تربیت و روش های آن، از دیرباز مورد توجه اندیشمندان اسلامی بوده است. این توجه ناشی از اهمیت والای مسائل تربیتی در معارف دینی است. از آنجا که خلا وجود پژوهش هایی کاربردی، دقیق و موشکافانه درباره «اصل تربیت» و «روش‌های آن»، به ویژه از منظر معارف دینی، به شدت احساس می شود، پژوهش حاضر بر آن است تا با روش تحقیق کیفی و داده‌بنیاد به تبیین روش‌های تربیت دینی، بر پایه یکی از اصول مهم و کاربردی تربیت دینی، یعنی «اصل تدریج» بپردازد. اشباع نظری بسندگیِ انتخاب مفاهیم، و کشف و بازرسی پایایی و اعتبار ابزار را برعهده دارد. جست‌وجوی متون دینی و به‌کارگیری مفاهیم و سپس مقوله‌ها تا جایی ادامه یافت که احساس اشباع نظری لازم به دست آمد. در این زمینه، اطلاعات لازم از متون دینی جمع‌آوری شده است. در پژوهش حاضر، اصل تربیتیِ تدریج و رهاوردهای آن در عرصه روش‌های تربیتی، اعم از آنچه که از سوی خود متربی لازم است تحقق یابد، و آنچه که مربی به عنوان یک راهنما باید مد نظر قرار دهد، مورد بررسی قرار می‌گیرد. بر اساس پژوهش حاضر، اصل تدریج یکی از اصول مهم تربیتی در کنار اصول دیگر مثل خدامحوری، مسئولیت‌پذیری، آخرت‌گرایی، توجه به مناسبات اجتماعی، اخلاق‌مداری، نظارت‌مداری و تکریم شخصیت متربی است. روش‌های تربیت دینیِ مبتنی بر اصل تدریج عبارت‌اند از: اعتدال و میانه‌روی، اولویت‌بندی و موقعیت‌شناسی، تکرار و تمرین، رفق و مدارا، آسان‌گیری

Explain the Methods of Religious Education Based on the Demand Driven Principle of Gradual Education

Research on the principles of education and its methods has long been considered by Islamic thinkers. This attention is due to the high importance of educational issues in religious education. Since the lack of practical, accurate and meticulous research on the &principle of education& and its &methods& is strongly felt, especially from the perspective of religious education, the present study intends to use qualitative and databased research methods. Explain the methods of religious education based on one of the important and practical principles of religious education, namely the &principle of Gradual Education&. Theoretical saturation is sufficient for the selection of concepts, and the discovery and inspection of the reliability and validity of the tool. The search for religious texts and the application of concepts and then categories continued until the necessary sense of theoretical saturation was obtained. In this regard, the necessary information has been collected from religious texts. In the present study, the principle of gradual education and its achievements in the field of educational methods, including what is needed to be realized by the educator himself, and what the educator should consider as a guide, are examined. According to the present study, the principle of graduation is one of the important principles of education along with other principles such as Godcenteredness, responsibility, heresy, attention to social relations, ethics, supervision and respect for the personality of the educator. Methods of religious education based on the principle of Gradual Education are: moderation, prioritization and situationalism, repetition and practice, Charity and tolerance, leniency.
