مطالعه شیوه‌های تربیتی دانش‌آموختگان یک دانشگاه نظامی

تربیت از مفاهیم و پدیده‌هایی است که در خصوص معنا، مفهوم و رویکردهای آن توافق کمتری وجود دارد و هر مکتب، برپایه جهان‌بینی خود، از تربیت تعریف ویژه‌ای می‌کند. هدف اصلی این پژوهش، مطالعه شیوه‌های تربیتی دانش‌آموختگان یک دانشگاه نظامی است. نوع پژوهش کاربردی و روش تحقیق آن، پیمایشی بوده، برای بیان رابطه داده‌ها از آمار توصیفی و استنباطی کمک گرفته‌ شده است. جامعه آماری به تعداد نود و هشت نفر، شامل استادان، اعضای هیات علمی دانشگاه و کارشناسان تربیتی‌اند که به شکل هدفمند انتخاب شده‌اند. ابزار تحقیق پرسشنامه بوده، در راستای پایایی آن می‌توان به مقدار آلفای کرونباخ با عدد 0.932 اشاره کرد. اعتبار صوری پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته توسط استادان و خبرگان مورد تایید است. اطلاعات پرسشنامه‌ (محقق‌ساخته) جمع‌آوری و وارد رایانه شده و با استفاده از نرم‌افزارspss  تجزیه و تحلیل شده است. برای رسم نمودار و جداول از نرم‌افزارهای excel و word  کمک گرفته شده است. جامعه آماری مورد مطالعه به روش تمام‌شمار انجام‌گرفته است. نتایج نشان داد که حوزه مجریان تربیتی با میانگین 4.50 و حوزه محیطی با میانگین 4.30، حوزه محتوایی با میانگین 4.21 به ترتیب در اولویت شیوه‌های تربیتی احصاءشده قرار دارند. با شناخت این شیوه‌های تربیتی که به‌صورت جداگانه برای هر حوزه مطالعه شد، می‌توان کیفیت این شیوه‌ها را برای تربیت و آموزش دانشجویان در دانشگاه نظامی بالاتر برد.

Study of Educational Methods of Studentsof a Military University

Education is one of the concepts and phenomena that there is less agreement about its meaning, concept and approaches and each school, based on its worldview, defines education in a special way. The main purpose of this study is to study the educational methods of graduates of a military university. The type of research is applied and its research method is survey, Descriptive and inferential statistics have been used to express the relationship between the data. The statistical population consists of ninetyeight people, including professors, faculty members and educational experts who have been purposefully selected. The research tool was a questionnaire, in order to be reliable, we can refer to the Cronbach’s alpha value with the number 0.932. The formal validity of the researchermade questionnaire is approved by professors and experts. The information of questionnaire (researchermade) was collected and entered into a computer and analyzed using SPSS software. Excel and word software have been used to draw graphs and tables. The statistical population of the study was done by numerical method. The results showed that the field of educational implementers with an average of 4.50 and the environmental field with an average of 4.30, the content field with an average of 4.21 are in the priority of the calculated educational methods, respectively. By recognizing these educational methods, which were studied separately for each field, the quality of these methods for training and educating students in military universities can be increased.
