«دلبری» معلّم در آیینة تعلیم و تربیت «اسلامی- ایرانی»، با محوریّت درس «زمزمة محبّت» از کتاب فارسی سوم راهنمایی

هدف از این پژوهش که به روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی انجام پذیرفته است، نشان دادن مولّفه هایی است که با توجّه به درس «زمزمة محبّت» از کتاب فارسی سال سوم راهنمایی و نیز درس های دیگری از کتاب های فارسی قدیم و جدید دورة اوّل متوسّطه برای «دلبری» معلمان از دانش‌آموزان مطرح شده است. براساس یافته‌های پژوهش می‌توان گفت که برای دلبری، مقدّماتی لازم است که برخی از آنها در زمرة عوامل باطنی تاثیرگذار در این کار قرار می‌گیرد؛ نظیر خودسازی معلم، سوخته دلی و شیفتگی او به این حرفه؛ و برخی دیگر در جملة عوامل ظاهری؛ نظیر دانش بسیار معلم و نیز مهارت بالای او در ارائة آن معلومات به دانش آموزان؛ و بعضی دیگر نیز در شمار هر دو عامل (باطنی و ظاهری)؛ همچون شخصیّت اثرگذار معلّم و اشتیاق فراوان فراگیران برای دانش اندوزی. مولّفه هایی همچون احترام فراوان به معلّم و پدر و مادر، توجّه به معنویّت، جدّیّت در امر دانش اندوزی، مقدّس شمردن کار تعلیم وتعلّم و... از جمله عوامل تاثیرگذاری بوده است که در این درس بر روی آن تاکید شده است. در پایان، این نتیجه به دست می آیدکه یکی از مهم‌ترین شرط های موفّقیّت یک معلّم، چه در امر تدریس (آموزش) و چه سازندگی اخلاقی (پرورش) دانش‌آموزان، دلبری از آنان است.

Teacher Attractiveness in the Mirror of Education (Islamic-Iranian) with the Focus on the Lesson of Whisper of Love (Zemzemeye Mohabat in Persian)

The purpose of this research, which has been done by qualitative content analysis method, is to show the components that according to the lesson whisper of love (&zemzemeye mohabat& in Persian) from the Persian textbook of the third year of middle school as well as other lessons from old and new Persian textbooks Has been raised to attract students by the teacher. Based on the research findings, it can be said that for attractiveness, some preconditions are necessary, some of which are among the esoteric factors influencing this work; Such as teacher selfimprovement, heart burning and his fascination with this profession; And others, including apparent factors; Such as the teacher’s great knowledge and his high skill in providing that information to students; And some others in both factors (internal and apparent); As the influential personality of the teacher and the great desire of learners to acquire knowledge. Components such as great respect for teachers and parents, attention to spirituality, seriousness in acquiring knowledge, sanctifying the work of teaching and learning, etc. have been among the influential factors that have been emphasized in this lesson. In the end, it is concluded that one of the most important conditions for the success of a teacher, both in teaching (education) and moral construction (training) students, is their attractiveness(of students)
