تحلیل محیطی سامانه‌ فرهنگی جمهوری اسلامی ایران بر پایه‌ دریافتی از بیانات مقام معظم رهبری

انقلاب اسلامی ایران جوهره ای فرهنگی دارد و از این رو، برنامه ریزی راهبردی فرهنگی در آن حیاتی است. برنامه ریزی راهبردی فرهنگی مستلزم تحلیل محیطی سامانه‌ فرهنگی است. پژوهش حاضر با تکیه بر بیانات رهبر انقلاب کوشیده است تا با استفاده از راهبرد پژوهشی تحلیل محتوا، نقاط قوت، نقاط ضعف، فرصت ها،تهدیدها و وضعیت مطلوب این سامانه را شناسایی کند. یافته های پژوهش به شناسایی 6 قوت (وجود نیروی کارآمد مومن ارزشی اصیل، ایمان ملی، توانایی های ذاتی و استعدادهای درونی، دل دادن ملت به مجاهدت و ایثارگری، همبستگى و همدلى ملی و وجود مراجع تقلید آگاه)، 2 ضعف (ضعف امکانات فرهنگی و بدعملی بخش های فرهنگی)، 2 فرصت (ضعف دشمن خارجی در مقابله با نیروی ملی و سلاح تبلیغات)، 16 تهدید (القای توهم دشمنی، امکانات فراوان دشمن، سوءاستفاده از مسائل عام و موسمی، انتساب همه‌ ضعف ها به نظام اسلامی، ایجاد دل سردی نسبت به آرمان های انقلاب، حمله به تفکر شیعی انقلابی و مبانی حکومت اسلامی، مرعوب سازی مردم در برابر غرب، استحاله‌ فرهنگی، شایعه پراکنی علیه انقلاب اسلامی، سنگ اندازی در حل مشکلات مردم، فسادانگیزی، استعمار فرانو برای ایمان زدایی، تمسخر مظاهر فرهنگ شیعی، تحقیر جریان فرهنگی شیعی انقلابی و ارتجاع به غرب)، وضعیت مطلوب و منطقه راهبردی فرهنگی انجامید.

Environmental Analysis of the Cultural System of the Islamic Republic of Iran Based on a Statementfrom the Supreme Leader

The Islamic Revolution of Iran has a cultural essence and therefore, strategic cultural planning is vital in it. Cultural strategic planning requires environmental analysis of cultural system. Relying on the statements of the Leader of the Revolution, the present study has seded to identify the desired situation of this system using content analysis research strategy. The findings identified 6 strengths (the existence of efficient believing force of original value, national idealism, inherent abilities and inner talents, the nation’s attachment to mujahedin and veterans, national solidarity and emanation and the existence of knowledgeable imitation authorities) 2 weaknesses (weakness of cultural facilities and bad things), 2 opportunities (weakness of foreign enemy in the face of national force and propaganda weapon), 16 threats (induction of animose, abundant enemy facilities, abuse of general and monsoon issues, assignment of all weaknesses The Islamic system, creating a coldminded attitude towards the ideals of the revolution, attacking the revolutionary Shia thinking and the foundations of the Islamic government, making people angry against the West, cultural semantics, rumors of dispersion against the Islamic Revolution, stone The conference was conducted to solve the problems of the people, corruption, metano colonization for disbelief, mocking the manifestations of Shia culture, humiliation of the revolutionary Shia cultural flow and referral to the West), the desired situation and the cultural strategic area.
