ارائه مدلی به‌منظور بررسی تاثیرگذاری سازمان بسیج بر مولفه‌ها و شاخص‌های فرهنگ

سازمان بسیج به عنوان یک سازمان مردم‌نهاد، می‌تواند در رشد و شکوفایی کشور در حوزه فرهنگ تاثیرگذار باشد. هدف اصلی این تحقیق، تدوین مدلی به‌منظور بررسی تاثیرگذاری سازمان بسیج بر مولفه‌ها و شاخص‌های فرهنگ است. اهداف فرعی نیز شناسایی و استخراج شاخص‌ها و ابعاد فرهنگی متناسب با نیازهای کشور و تایید شاخص‌های استخراج‌شده با استفاده از نظر خبرگان و روش دلفی بوده است. ابتدا با مطالعه اسناد فرهنگ، شاخص‌های فرهنگی شناسایی شدند. پس‌ازآن، این شاخص‌ها در قالب پرسشنامه دلفی قرار گرفته و پس از تایید اولیه اعتبار آن طی فرآیند دلفی، توسط خبرگان موردبررسی قرار گرفتند. پس از جمع‌آوری نظرات خبرگان در طی برگزاری چند مرحله روش دلفی و بررسی روایی و پایایی جواب‌های جمع‌آوری‌شده با استفاده از معادلات ساختاری، اقدام به تدوین مدلی برای بررسی تاثیرگذاری سازمان بسیج بر روی شاخص‌های تاییدشده از سوی خبرگان شد. مدل به‌دست‌آمده حاکی از آن است که از بین شاخص‌های مورد تایید خبرگان، شاخص‌های استقلال ملی، هویت، وحدت و انسجام، به ترتیب در رتبه‌های اول تا سوم از نظر تاثیرپذیری از سازمان بسیج قرار گرفتند. در نهایت باید گفت که عملکرد سازمان بسیج در تاثیرگذاری بر شاخص‌های فرهنگ، در برخی موارد خوب و در برخی موارد ضعیف بوده است؛ بنابراین سازمان بسیج به عنوان بزرگ‌ترین سازمان مردم‌نهاد کشور و با توجه به رسالت فرهنگی که در روح این سازمان نهفته است، باید با تلاشی بی‌وقفه و برنامه‌ریزی در سه قالب بلندمدت، میان‌مدت و کوتاه‌مدت در زمینه فرهنگ، سعی در تاثیرگذاری بیشتر بر شاخص‌های فرهنگ در کشور داشته باشد.

Providing a Model to Investigate the Impact of theBasij on the Components and Indicators of Culture

Basij organization as an NGO can affect the growth and development of the country in the field of culture. The main purpose of this study is to develop a model to investigate the influence of Basij organization on the components and indicators of culture. Subobjectives were to identify and extract cultural indicators and dimensions appropriate to the needs of the country and to confirm the extracted indicators using experts’ opinions and Delfi method. First, cultural indicators were identified by studying cultural documents. After that, these indicators were placed in the form of Delfi questionnaire and after initial confirmation of its validity during The Delfi process, they were examined by experts. After collecting experts’ opinions during several stages of Delfi method and investigating the validity and reliability of the collected answers using structural equations, a model was developed to investigate the effectiveness of Basij organization on the indicators approved by the experts. The obtained model indicates that among the approved indicators of experts, national independence, identity, unity and cohesion indices, were in the first to third rank in terms of influence of mobilized organization, respectively. Finally, it should be said that the performance of Basij organization in affecting cultural indicators has been good in some cases and in some cases weak, so Basij organization as the largest organization of the people of the country and considering the cultural mission that lies in the spirit of this organization, it should try to influence the cultural indicators in three long term, midterm and short term formats in the field of culture.
