شناسایی راه‌کارهای موثر نهادینه‌سازی فرهنگ ایثار و شهادت در مدارس از نظر دانش‌آموزان پایه سوم دوره متوسطه دوم استان همدان

این پژوهش، با هدف بررسی راه‌کارهای موثر نهادینه‌سازی فرهنگ ایثار و شهادت در مدارس از نظر دانش‌آموزان پایه ی سوم دوره ی متوسطه ی دوم استان همدان صورت پذیرفته است. روش پژوهش «توصیفی» از نوع پیمایشی و رویکرد آن نیز کاربردی است. جامعه ی آماری شامل دانش آموزان پایه ی سوم دوره ی متوسطه ی دوم استان همدان (35977) بوده که در سال تحصیلی 86-1385 مشغول به تحصیل بودند؛ با استفاده از فرمول کوکران، تعداد 450 نفر از آنان به صورت نمونه گیری طبقه ای نسبی انتخاب شدند. ابزار اندازه گیری پرسشنامه ی محقق ساخته روا و پایا بوده و نتایج پژوهش با استفاده از شاخص‌های آمار توصیفی و استنباطی بررسی و تحلیل شد. عمده‌ترین یافته‌های پژوهش بیانگر آن است که: 1. از نظر دانش‌آموزان، در میان راه‌کارهای تربیتی موثر بر نهادینه‌سازی فرهنگ ایثار و شهادت در مدارس، راه‌کار استفاده از آیات و روایات مربوط به ایثار و شهادت در کتب درسی با میانگین 4.11 بیشترین و راه‌کار به‌کارگیری آزادگان، جانبازان و خانواده‌های شهدا در کار تدریس در سطوح مختلف دبیرستان با میانگین 3.08 کمترین تاثیر را دارند. 2. در میان راه‌کارهای اجتماعی موثر بر نهادینه‌سازی فرهنگ ایثار و شهادت در مدارس، راه‌کار تدارک اردوهای زیارتی و سیاحتی رایگان برای دانش آموزان و ایراد سخنرانی های مرتبط با فرهنگ ایثار و شهادت در این اردوها با میانگین 4.42 بیشترین و راه‌کار ارائه امتیازهای قانونی به کسانی که در زمینه فرهنگ ایثار و شهادت فعالیت می کنند با میانگین 3.3 کمترین تاثیر را دارند. به‌طورکلی می‌توان گفت که از دیدگاه دانش‌آموزان، راه‌کارهای تربیتی و اجتماعی نهادینه‌سازی فرهنگ ایثار و شهادت در مدارس به میزان بیش از متوسط (زیاد) موثرند.

Identifying Effective Strategies for Institutionalizingthe Culture of Sacrifice and Martyrdom in Schoolsfrom the Perspective of Third Grade SecondarySchool Students in Hamadan Province

This study aimed to investigate the effective strategies of institutionalization of the culture of martyrdom and martyrdom in schools in terms of third grade students of second secondary school in Hamadan province. The research method is descriptive survey and its approach is also applied. The statistical population included the third grade students of the second secondary school in Hamadan province (35977) who were studying in 20062007 academic years, 450 of them were selected by relative stratified sampling using Cochran formula. The measurement tool was a valid and reliable researchermade questionnaire and the results were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics. The most important findings of the study indicate that: 1. In students’ viewpoint, among educational strategies affecting institutionalization of the culture of martyrs and martyrs in schools, the way of using verses and hadiths related to martyrdom and martyrdom in the school books with the mean of 4.11 and the way of using azadegans, veterans and families of martyrs in teaching work at different high school levels with the mean of 3.08 2. Among the social solutions affecting the institutionalization of the culture of martyrdom and martyrdom in schools, the way to provide free pilgrimage camps and pilgrimage camps for students and the addition of speeches related to the culture of martyrdom and martyrdom in these camps with the mean of 4.42 and the way of providing legal privileges to those who work in the field of martyrdom and martyrdom culture In general, it can be said that from the students’ point of view, educational and social strategies of institutionalization of the culture of martyrdom and martyrdom in schools are more than average (high).
