ابعاد و مولفه‌های دیپلماسی فرهنگی جمهوری اسلامی ایران در مواجهه با اسلام‌هراسی

امروزه دیپلماسی فرهنگی به‌عنوان یک اصل اساسی و تاثیرگذار در عرصه روابط بین‌الملل مورد توجه قرار گرفته است و بسیاری از کشورها از این ظرفیت برای دستیابی به اهداف و منافع خود استفاده می‌کنند. جمهوری اسلامی ایران نیز با توجه به فرهنگ غنی ایرانی – اسلامی و با هدف ارائه دیدگاهی روشن و موجه نسبت به فرهنگ ارزشی و رفتاری خود برای بازیگران مختلف عرصه بین‌الملل، در مواجهه با پدیده‌ها و موضوعات مختلف جهانی می‌تواند از دیپلماسی فرهنگی بهره گیرد. در همین زمینه، این مقاله با بهره‌گیری از روش توصیفی تحلیلی و تکیه بر مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای در پی پاسخگویی به این سوال اصلی پژوهش است که ابعاد و مولفه‌های دیپلماسی فرهنگی جمهوری اسلامی ایران کدام است؟ یافته ها و نتایج تحقیق حاکی از آن است که فرهنگ و تمدن ایرانی اسلامی، ارزش‌های انقلاب اسلامی و سیاست خارجی جمهوری اسلامی ابعاد اصلی دیپلماسی فرهنگی جمهوری اسلامی ایران را تشکیل می‌دهند. هرکدام از این ابعاد نیز دارای مولفه‌هایی هستند که می‌توان با اعمال آنها براساس ظرفیت‌های مشترک با جوامع هدف بر دامنه نفوذ و تاثیرگذاری جمهوری اسلامی ایران افزود و اهداف و آرمان‌های انقلاب اسلامی ایران را به شکلی اثربخش در قالب یک الگوی کارامد پیگیری کرد و دشمنان را در دامن زدن به اسلام‌هراسی ناکام گذاشت.

Dimensions and Components of Cultural Diplomacy of the Islamic Republic of Iran Faced with Islamophobia

Today, cultural diplomacy has been considered as an essential and influential international affair, and many countries use this capacity to achieve their goals and interests. Considering the rich IranianIslamic culture, the Islamic Republic of Iran can use cultural diplomacy to face the world’s various phenomena and issues in order to provide a clear and justified view of its value and behavioral culture for various actors in the international arena. In this regard, this paper uses the descriptiveanalytical method and relying on library studies to answer the main question of the research which what are the dimensions and components of the cultural diplomacy of the Islamic Republic of Iran? The findings and results of the research indicate that the IranianIslamic culture and civilization, the values of the Islamic Revolution and foreign policy of the Islamic Republic constitute the main dimensions of the cultural diplomacy of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Each of these dimensions also has components that by their actions on the basis of common capacities with the target communities can increase the sphere of influence of the Islamic Republic of its effectiveness through which can pursued the goals and ideals of the Islamic Revolution of Iran in an efficiency manner in the form of an efficient model and make the enemies in Propagating Islamophobia to be failed.
