پهنه‌بندی اراضی شهری براساس شاخص‌های تاثیرگذار بر پتانسیل لرزه‌خیزی (نمونۀ موردی: منطقۀ 5 شهرداری تبریز)

محل زندگی انسان‌ها سهم عمده‌ای از سطوح کاربری اراضی شهری را به خود اختصاص می‌دهد؛ در شهرهای کوچک بیش از 60 درصد و شهرهای بزرگ حدود 40 درصد از سطح شهر تحت پوشش اراضی سکونتگاه‌های شهری است. اغلب سکونتگاه‌های شهری در کلان‌شهر تبریز بعضاً در مجاورت گسل فعال شمال تبریز و در معرض عوامل مخاطرات طبیعی ازجمله لرزه‌خیزی قرار گرفته‌اند. وضعیت استقرار سکونتگاه‌ها در اراضی شهری منطقۀ مورد مطالعه و لزوم برنامه‌ریزی دقیق درجهت توسعۀ فیزیکی یا قطاعی آتی، پهنه‌بندی اراضی شهری را مخصوصاً در کلانشهرها در این خصوص بسیار ضروری به نظر می‌رسد. هدف از این تحقیق، تعیین وضعیت فعلی الگوی استقرار کاربری‌های اراضی شهری در منطقۀ 5 شهرداری تبریز و پهنه‌‌بندی منطقۀ‌‌ مورد مطالعه براساس شاخص‌‌های اساسی موثر بر مخاطرۀ لرزه‌خیزی در مناطق آسیب‌‌پذیر، با استانداردهای کاربری‌‌های اراضی شهری است. در این پژوهش از روش‌‌های ارزیابی چندمعیاره مبتنی بر تحلیل شبکه‌ای سلسله‌‌‌مراتبی fuzzy anp1 با تلفیق gis برای تولید و تجزیه‌وتحلیل نقشه‌‌ها و لایه‌‌های مختلف استفاده شده است. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد از کل مساحت 3617 هکتاری منطقۀ مورد مطالعه، حدود 210 هکتار با استاندارد خیلی‌کم در مناطق شمال غرب، 2130 هکتار با استاندارد کم در مناطق عمدتاً شرق، شمال شرق و جنوب، 823 هکتار با استاندارد متوسط در مناطق عمدتاً جنوب و جنوب غرب، 348 هکتار با استاندارد زیاد در جنوب و عمدتاً جنوب غرب و 104 هکتار با استاندارد خیلی زیاد عمدتاً در جنوب استقرار یافته‌‌اند.

zoning of urban lands based on the effective indicators on the seismicity potential (case study: district 5 of tabriz municipality)

the place where people live has occupied a major share of urban land use levels. in small cities, more than 60 percent and in big cities about 40 percent of the city surface is allocated to urban settlements. some urban settlements in the great city of tabriz are in the vicinity of the active fault in the north of tabriz and have been exposed to natural destructive factors such as seismicity. the settlement situation in the urban lands of the 5th region of tabriz municipality and the need for detailed planning for physical development or segmentation in the future, make the zoning of urban lands necessary, especially in big cities. the aim of this research is to determine the current status of the pattern of urban land uses in zone 5 of tabriz municipality and zoning of the studied area based on the basic effective indicators of seismicity in vulnerable areas based on the standards of urban land uses. in this research, multi-criteria evaluation methods based on fuzzy anp hierarchical network analysis with gis integration have been used to produce and analyze maps and different layers. the results showed that out of the total area of 3617 hectares of the study area about 210 hectares have a very low standard level in the northwest regions, 2130 hectares have a low standard level in mainly eastern, northeastern and southern regions, 823 hectares have an average standard level in the regions they have mainly south and south-west, 348 ha have high standard level in south and mainly south-west and 104 ha have very high standard level mainly in south.
