تدوین الگوی تحقق‌پذیری توسعۀ پایدار برمبنای شاخص‌های شکوفایی شهری (نمونۀ موردی: شهر جدید عالیشهر)

شکوفایی شهری، رویکردی نوین و اساسی برای تبیین چشم‌انداز و مسیر تحقق توسعه و نمونۀ خاص‌تر آن، یعنی پایداری در شهرهای امروزی محسوب می‌شود که با مشکلات عدیده‌ای در ابعاد مختلف روبه‌رو هستند. از طرفی مفهوم این رویکرد ارتقادهندۀ یک الگو یا مدل جدید از طراحی شهری برمبنای نظریات جهانی و درعین‌حال تطابق‌پذیر با شرایط، ماهیت و پویایی‌های زمینه‌ای و محلی است. با توجه به اهمیت برنامه‌ریزی و طراحی شهرهای امروزی برمبنای شاخص‌های شکوفایی شهری، تحقیق حاضر با هدف تدوین الگوی تحقق‌پذیری توسعۀ پایدار برمبنای شاخص‌های شکوفایی در شهر جدید عالیشهر نگارش شده است. در این راستا، روش تحقیق آمیخته (ترکیبی از رویکردهای کمّی-کیفی) با هدف کاربردی و ماهیت تحلیلی-توسعه‌ای است. جامعۀ آماری تحقیق شامل کارشناسان و مسئولان شهری عالیشهر بوده که با توجه به مشخص‌نبودن تعداد جامعۀ آماری از فرمول کوهن در سطح اطمینان 95 درصد برای تعیین حجم نمونه استفاده شده و حجم نمونه 90 نفر برآورد شده است. به‌منظور تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها و اطلاعات نیز از روش مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری در نرم‌افزار amos استفاده شده است. یافته‌های تحقیق نشان می‌دهد که مهم‌ترین متغیرهای تاثیرگذار بر تحقق‌پذیری شهر شکوفا در شهر جدید عالیشهر به‌ترتیب عبارت‌اند از: زیرساخت‌ها، بهره‌وری، کیفیت زندگی، برابری و مشارکت و پایداری محیط‌زیست که به‌ترتیب میزان تاثیرگذاری آن‌ها برمبنای مدل ساختاری 0.79، 0.67، 0.58، 0.56 و 0.51 است. همچنین مولفه‌های تاکید بر هوشمندسازی عملکردهای مختلف، تنوع در کسب‌وکارها، ارتقای مهارت‌های شهروندی، سرزندگی فضاهای شهری و دسترسی مناسب به انواع امکانات و خدمات شهری از مولفه‌های تاثیرگذار بر تحقق‌پذیری شهر شکوفا در عالیشهر هستند.

development the realization of sustainable development pattern based on urban prosperity indicators (case study: new city of alishahr)

urban prosperity is considered a new and fundamental approach to explain the vision and path of development and its more specific example, sustainability in today’s cities, which are facing many problems in different dimensions. on the other hand, the concept of this approach promotes a new pattern or model of urban design based on global theories and at the same time adaptable to contextual and local conditions, nature and dynamics. considering the importance of planning and designing today’s cities based on urban prosperity indicators, the present research was written with the aim of developing a sustainable development realization patern based on prosperity indicators in alishahr new city. in this regard, the research method is mixed (combination of quantitative-qualitative approaches) with practical purpose and analytical-developmental nature. the statistical population of the research included experts and city officials of alaishahr, which due to the unknown number of the statistical population, was used cohen’s formula to determine the sample size at the 95% confidence level, and the sample size was estimated to be 90 people. in order to analyze data and information, was used structural equation modeling method in amos software. the findings of the research show that the most important variables affecting the realization of urban prosperity in alishahr new city are respectively infrastructures, productivity, quality of life, equality and participation and environmental sustainability, which respectively, their influence based on the structural model is 0.79, 0.67, 0.58, 0.56 and 0.51. also, the components of emphasis on intelligentization of various functions, diversity in businesses, improvement of citizenship skills, vitality of urban spaces and proper access to various facilities and urban services are among the components that influence the realization of urban prosperity in alishahr.
