بررسی تاثیر مشارکت روستاییان در فرایند مدیریت پسماندهای روستایی (مورد شناسی: بخش نیمبلوک، شهرستان قاینات)

امروزه به‌دلیل افزایش رفت و آمد در مکان‌های روستایی برای زندگی و گذراندن اوقات فراغت به‌ویژه در فصل بهار و تابستان، باعث وجود حجم انبوهی از زباله‌های پراکنده در روستاها شده و از طرفی منجر به بحران جدی و جدیدی در سکونتگاه‌های روستایی شده‌است. این مسئله ضرورت حفظ محیط زیست را در روستا از‌طریق مدیریت پسماند دو چندان می‌کند؛ ازاین‌رو هدف پژوهش، یافتن راهکارهایی برای افزایش مشارکت مردم روستا در فرایند مدیریت پسماند در بخش نیمبلوک، شهرستان قائن است. پژوهش حاضر برای رسیدن به هدف ذکرشده از روش‌شناسی بر مبنای ماهیت روش، توصیفی- تحلیلی و از‌لحاظ هدف کاربردی از‌طریق شیوۀ مطالعۀ کتابخانه‌ای- اسنادی و پیمایشی برای پاسخ‌گویی به سوالات پژوهش در منطقۀ روستایی بخش نیمبلوک پرداخته شد. در این تحقیق روستاهای که بیشتر از 70 خانوار هستند، به‌عنوان روستاهای نمونۀ تحقیق انتخاب شده‌اند. حجم جامعه برابر با 2555 خانوار است که بر اساس فرمول کوکران، حجم نمونه 160 سرپرست خانوار روستایی با میزان خطای 0.075صدم محاسبه شد. داده‌ها و اطلاعات پژوهش با کمک پرسشنامه گردآوری شدند و برای تحلیل آن‌ها از نرم‌افزار smart pls2 و spss، و برای اولویت‌بندی روستاها از نظر میزان مشارکتشان در مدیریت پسماند از مدل vikor استفاده شد. نتایج یافته‌های به‌دست‌آمده در این رابطه نشان داد که با توجه به سطح معناداری کمتر از 0.05 و اینکه کران‌های بالا و پایین تمام مولفه‌ها مثبت بوده، بنابراین تفاوت آماری معناداری بالاتر از حد متوسط مورد تایید است و فرض h1 تایید می‌شود.

investigating the impact of villagers participation in the process of rural waste management (case study: nimbluk district of ghayenat county)

today, due to the indiscriminate increase in population in villages on one hand and as much as it has resulted in a serious crisis in rural settlements on the other hand. this makes the necessity of preserving the environment in the village through waste management. the aim of this study is finding solutions to increase the participation of village people in the waste management process in the nimbolook district, qaen county. the present study is based on the nature of method, descriptive and analytical in terms of the nature of method, descriptive - analytic and in terms of the practical purpose through the method of library - documentary and survey to respond to this research in the rural area of nimbolook district. in this study, villages that are more than 70 households were selected as sample villages of research. the volume of population is equal to 2555 households, based on the cochran formula the sample size of 160 was calculated by 0.075. data and research data were collected with the help of questionnaire and spss and spss for their analysis were used for analyzing the villages in terms of their contribution to waste management from the vikor model the results of the research findings showed that according to the significance level less than 0.05 and that of all components were positive, so statistically significant difference is confirmed. therefore, h1 is assumed.
