بررسی و ارزیابی وضعیت توزیع جغرافیایی اماکن ورزشی شهر ایرانشهر با رویکرد ارتقاء سلامت جسمانی زنان

نحوۀ پراکنش فضاهای ورزشی در مناطق مختلف شهر می‌‌تواند در الگوی مطلوب و کارایی عملکردی شهر تاثیر مستقیم داشته باشد؛ از سوی دیگر، توزیع مناسب کاربری ورزشی باعث افزایش قدرت انتخاب و استفاده از فضاهای ورزشی می‌‌شود و د‌رنتیجه مطلوبیت زندگی افزایش می‌‌‌‌یابد. با توجه به نقش بنیادی زنان در افزایش بهره‌‌‌‌وری و توسعۀ اجتماعی و اقتصادی کشور، حضور زنان در فعالیت‌‌‌‌های ورزشی اهمیت بیشتری پیدا می‌‌‌‌کند. ﺷﻬﺮ ایرانشهر با ﺳﺮانۀ فضای ورزشی 0/28 ﻣﺘﺮﻣﺮﺑﻊ ﺑﺮای ﻫﺮ ﻧﻔﺮ، از ﺗﻮزﻳﻊ ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺐ ﻓﻀﺎی ورزشی ﺑﺮﺧﻮردار ﻧﻴﺴﺖ؛ به‌‌‌‌طوری‌‌‌‌که تفاضل ﺳرانۀ فضای ورزشی بین وضع موجود و استاندارد سرانه در ایران و جهان به‌ترتیب 0/33 و 1/72 مترمربع است. این ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻖ با ارائۀ اﻟﮕﻮی ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺐ ﺑﻪ‌دﻧﺒﺎل اﺳﺘﻘﺮار و ﺗﻮزﻳﻊ ﺑﻬﻴنۀ فضاهای ورزشی اﻳﻦ ﺷﻬر است. اطلاعات مورد‌نیاز اﻳﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﻛﻪ به روش ﺗﻮﺻﻴفی- ﺗﺤﻠﻴلی و از نوع کاربردی است، به‌‌‌‌صورت میدانی و کتابخانه‌‌‌‌ای جمع‌‌‌‌آوری شد و با استفاده از آن‌ها، ﭼﮕﻮنگی توزیع اماکن ورزشی ﺷﻬﺮ ایرانشهر ﺑﺮرسی و ﺗﺤﻠﻴﻞ ﺷﺪه و ﺿﻤﻦ ﺗﺮﺳﻴﻢ وﺿﻊ ﻣﻮﺟﻮد، ﭼﮕﻮنگی وﺿﻊ ﻣﻄﻠﻮب آن ﺑﺎ ﻣﻜﺎن‌‌‌‌یابی فضاهای جدید ورزشی اراﺋﻪ شده‌‌است. ﺑﺪﻳﻦ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر اﺑﺘﺪا ﻣﻌﻴﺎرﻫﺎی ﺗﺄﺛﻴﺮﮔﺬار در مکان‌‌‌‌یابی فضاهای ورزشی ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎیی و پس از گردآوری اطلاعات و آماده‌‌‌‌سازی لایه‌‌‌‌های مربوط به هر معیار، نقشه‌‌‌‌های فاکتور فازی تهیه شد. لایه‌‌‌‌های اطلاعاتی بر مبنای مدل‌‌‌‌های هم‌‌‌‌پوشانی فازی با یکدیگر تلفیق و در‌نهایت از ترکیب نتایج حاصل از این مرحله، گزینه‌‌‌‌هایی به‌عنوان مکان مطلوب پیشنهاد شد که به 5 طبقۀ بسیارمناسب تا بسیار نامناسب تقسیم‌‌‌‌بندی شد. مناسب‌‌‌‌ترین مکان برای ساخت اماکن ورزشی شامل بخش وسیعی از شمال محلۀ زکریای رازی، مرکز محلۀ 3 شهری، قسمتی زیادی از مرکز 4 شهری، جنوب مرکز فردوسی، مرکز 5 شهری و بخشی از مرکز زیباشهر است. بر‌اساس وسعت، مناطق بسیارمناسب معادل 20/16 درصد و مناطق بسیارنامناسب معادل 19/59 درصد از کل فضای شهر است.

study and evaluation of the geographical distribution of sport places in iranshahr with the approach of promoting women’s physical health

the distribution of sports facilities in the city and its different regions can have a direct effect on the desirable and functional performance of the city. on the other hand, proper and complete distribution of sports usage will increase the power of selection and use of sports facilities and, as a result, the desirability of life increases. considering women’s essential and significant role in the social and economical development of the country and the effect of sports on the increase of their efficiency, women’s participation in sport activities is undeniably important. the city of iranshahr with sportsfacilities per capita of 0.28 square meters per person does not have a proper distribution of sports facilities, so that the difference in per capita space between the current situation and per capita standards in iran and the world is 0.33 and 1.72 m2, respectively.this study, by presenting a suitable model, seeks to establish and distribute the optimal sports facilities of this city. the required information of this study, which is descriptive-analytical and of an applied type, was collected in a field and library. by using them, the distribution of sports facilities in the city of iranshahr was investigated and analyzed. while drawing up the current situation, its desirable situationis presented with locating new sports facilities. for this purpose, firstly, effective criteria were determined for locating the sports facilities and after collecting the information and preparing the layers for each criterion, fuzzy factor maps were prepared.the information layers based on fuzzy overlapping models were combined with each other and finally, the combination of the results from this stage suggested that the options be considered as a desirable location, which was categorized into five appropriate and inappropriate parts.the most suitable venue for the construction of sports facilities is a large part of the north of the razi zakaria street, the 3rd street of the city center, a large part of the 4th city street center, the southcenter of ferdowsi, the 5th city street center and part of zibashahr city center.based on the size, theappropriate areas are 20.16% and the inappropriate parts are 19.59% of the total urban space.
