پایش سلامت شهروندان با رویکرد مکان‌یابی بهینۀ دکل‌های مخابراتی تلفن همراه (مورد شناسی: منطقۀ 1 شهرداری شهر زنجان)

افزایش تقاضا برای خدمات ارتباطی تلفن همراه، فزونی تعداد دکل‌های مخابراتی را به‌ویژه در نقاط شهری در طی سالیان اخیر به‌دنبال داشته‌است. از مسائل مهمی که به موازات افزایش تعداد دکل‌های مخابراتی گریبان‌گیر جوامع بوده، نگرانی‌های مرتبط با خطرات احتمالی ناشی از تشعشعات دکل‌های مذکور بر سلامتی شهروندان است. در این بین مناطق مسکونی و مراکز حساس جمعیتی بخش‌هایی از شهر به‌شمار می‌روند که شهروندان مدت زمان طولانی‌تری را در معرض تشعشات دکل‌های مخابراتی تلفن همراه قرار می‌گیرند و به‌تبع آن نگرانی‌های مربوط به سلامت شهروندان ابعاد جدی‌تری را در مناطق مذکور به خود می‌گیرد؛ بنابراین هدف پژوهش حاضر پایش سلامت شهروندان با رویکرد مکان‌یابی بهینۀ دکل‌های مخابراتی تلفن همراه در منطقۀ 1 شهرداری شهر زنجان است. روش پژوهش حاضر توصیفی تحلیلی بوده و به‌لحاظ کاربست نتایج، کاربردی است. گردآوری داده‌ها و اطلاعات مورد‌نیاز نیز از‌طریق مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای و بازدیدهای میدانی انجام شده و برای تجزیه‌و‌تحلیل داده‌های به‌دست‌آمده، سیستم اطلاعات جغرافیایی مورد استفاده قرارگرفته‌است. نتایج پژوهش نشان می‌دهد در‌حال‌حاضر، به‌دلیل وجود عدم‌قطعیت در پاسخ‌گویی به خطرزا‌بودن تاثیرات بلندمدت تشعشعات دکل‌های مخابراتی تلفن همراه بر سلامت شهروندان، راه‌حل موجود اجتناب از قرارگیری در معرض تشعشات دکل‌ها است. براساس پژوهش حاضر از مجموعۀ 29 دکل موجود در محدودۀ مورد مطالعه، 5 دکل به‌دلیل عدم‌رعایت فاصلۀ ‌استاندارد با مناطق مسکونی و مراکز جمعیتی حساس بایستی جابه‌جا شوند.

Monitoring the Health of Citizens with the Optimal Site Selection of Mobile Telecommunication Towers Approach (Case Study: District 1 of Zanjan Municipality)

The growing demand for mobile communications services has led to an increase in the number of telecommunication towers, especially in urban areas in recent years. One of the important issues that have plagued societies in parallel with the increase in the number of telecommunication towers is the concerns related to the possible dangers, posed by the radiations of the mentioned towers on the health of the citizens. In the meantime, residential areas and sensitive population centers are parts of the city where citizens are exposed to radiations from mobile phone towers for a longer period of time. As a result, citizens’ health concerns are becoming more serious in these areas. The purpose of this study is to monitor the health of the citizens with the optimal site selection of mobile telecommunication towers approach in district 1 of Zanjan municipality. The research method is descriptiveanalytical and it is applicable in terms of applied results. The required data and information were collected through library studies and field visits and gis were used to analyze the data. The results show that currently, due to the uncertainty in responding to the risk of  longterm effects of radiations of mobile telecommunication towers on the health of citizens, the current solution is to avoid exposure to towers radiations. Out of the 29 towers in the study area, 5 towers must be relocated due to noncompliance with standard distances with residential areas and sensitive population centers.
