سنجش تغییرات شاخص‌‌های کیفیت زندگی بر اثر ارتقای سیاسی اداری فضا در سطح ناحیه‌‌ای (مورد شناسی: بخش کوهساراتشهرستان مینودشت)

تقسیمات سیاسی فضا به روش‌‌های مختلفی مانند انتزاع، الحاق، ادغام و ارتقا در سطوح مختلف ناحیه‌‌بندی سیاسی فضای کشور دچار تغییر می‌‌شود. یکی از رایج‌‌ترین این روش‌‌ها ارتقای سیاسی فضاست. بر این مبنا تحقیق حاضر با هدف سنجش تغییرات شاخص‌‌های کیفیت زندگی بر اثر ارتقای سیاسیاداری فضا در سطح ناحیه‌‌ای، به مطالعۀ بخش کوهسارات از توابع شهرستان مینودشت واقع در شرق استان گلستان پرداخته‌‌است. پژوهش حاضر به‌‌لحاظ هدف، کاربردی و ازحیث روش، توصیفیتحلیلی است. اطلاعات موردنیاز ازطریق مطالعات کتابخانه‌‌ای و میدانی جمع‌‌آوری شده‌‌است. در بخش جمع‌‌آوری مطالعات میدانی ابزار اصلی اطلاعات پرسشنامه است. این پرسشنامه در قالب طیف پنج‌‌گزینه‌‌ای لیکرت در دو بُعد عینی و ذهنی، وضعیت کیفیت زندگی روستاییان را در دو بازۀ قبل و بعد از ارتقای سیاسیاداری ناحیۀ مورد مطالعه می‌‌سنجد. برای تجزیه‌‌و‌‌تحلیل داده‌‌ها از نرم‌‌افزار آماری spss و آزمون ویکاکسون استفاده شده‌‌است. برای نمونه‌‌گیری از فرمول کوکران استفاده شد که حجم نمونه 375 نفر برآورد شد؛ بنابراین در عمل متناسب با تعداد خانوار هر روستا نمونه‌‌ها از بین سرپرستان خانوار انتخاب شدند. درنهایت این تحقیق با توجه به آنکه از بین 34 شاخص مورد مطالعه تنها در 15 شاخص تفاوت معناداری بین دو دورۀ قبل و بعد از ارتقای سیاسی فضا مشاهده شد، نتیجه‌‌گیری می‌‌کند که ارتقای سیاسی فضا در سطح ناحیه به‌‌طور خاص، ارتقای دهستان به بخش به‌‌تنهایی نمی‌‌تواند تغییرات همه‌‌جانبه‌‌ای در کیفیت زندگی روستاییان به‌‌وجود آورد و لازم است این ارتقای سطح بلافاصله با ارتقای یک عنصر تقسیمات کشوری مانند ارتقای روستای مرکزی بخش به شهر همراه شود.

Measuring changes in quality of life by promoting politicaladministrative space at area (Case Study: district of KOHSARAT Minoodasht County)

The political divisions of space change in different ways such as abstraction, incorporation, integration and promotion at different levels of the political space of the country. One of the most common is the political promotion of space. Therefore, the present study aimed to measure the changes in quality of life indices as a result of politicaladministrative promotion of the area at the regional level. This research is to study KOHSARAT of Minoodasht city of East Golestan Province. The present study is applied in terms of purpose and as a descriptiveanalytical method. Required information is collected through library and field studies. Questionnaire is the main tool for data collection in field studies. This questionnaire, in the form of a fivepoint Likert questionnaire, assesses the quality of life of rural people in two levels, both before and after the politicaladministrative promotion of the study area. Spss statistical software to analyze the data and Wilcoxon signedrank test is used . Cochran formula was used for sampling. The sample size was 375 people. Therefore, the samples were selected from heads of households in proportion to the number of households in each village. Finally, this study concludes that, out of 34 indicators studied, only 15 indicators show a significant difference between the two periods before and after the political upgrading of the space, concluding that the political upgrading of the area at the district level, in particular, the promotion of the village alone There can be no comprehensive changes in the quality of life of the villagers, and this level of improvement should be immediately followed by the promotion of an element of national divisions such as the promotion of the central village of the district to the city.
