چکیده
|
Complete debridement and obturation of the root canal system is necessary for long-term success of endodontic treatment. disinfection and debridement of canal isthmus spaces and anastomoses between canals remains a challenge. a modified use of the endovac system obviously optimises the flow of irrigants through these spaces which are inaccessible to endodontic instruments.
