چکیده    Radicular cyst arises from periapical granuloma that contains epithelium organized into a true cyst.clinical presentation and radiographic pattern are often identical to periapical granuloma and definitive diagnosis is always made after histological examination of the whole pathological piece (neville, damm and white, 2003). radicular cyst is the most common type of odontogenic cysts of the jaws^1. apical periodontitis after pulp therapy in primary teeth can delay eruption of permanent successors ^2 and cause displacement of these teeth: its size may vary from a small pea-sized periapical lesion, to one which may obliterate maxillary antrum or cause mandibular fracture^3. management of such cases includes surgical and sometimes, orthodontic therapy.
