سنجش زیست پذیری محلات شهری در راستای توسعه پایدار(مطالعه موردی یاسوج)

زیست‌پذیری از جمله رویکردهایی است که به دنبال ایجادِ یک محیط امن و سالم برای جوامع انسانی است.امروزه شهرها با چالش‌های بسیاری در زمینه‌های اقتصادی، اجتماعی و زیست‌محیطی مواجه شده‌اند. در عین حال افزایش جمعیت به همراه نسبت روزافزون شهرنشینی پیامدهای زیان باری برای شهرها به ارمغان آورده است. تداوم این گونه رشد شهرنشینی با مشکلات اجتماعی، اقتصادی، و زیست‌محیطی، بحران‌آفرین و هشداری بر ناپایداری شهرها می‌باشد. در این میان مشکلاتی دیگر کیفیت زندگی و به تبع آن زیست‌پذیری در شهرها را به شدت کاهش می‌دهد. بنابراین ضرورت و اهمیت بحث زیست‌پذیری و توسعه پایدار امروزه در شهرها کاملا نمایان است. هدف این پژوهش ارزیابی زیست‌پذیری محلات شهر یاسوج با تاکید بر توسعه پایدار است. روش تحقیق توصیفی- تحلیلی با هدف کاربردی است. داده‌های مورد نیاز برای تحلیل از طریق پرسشنامه گردآوری شدند سپس با بهره‌گیری از نرم‌افزارهایی spss، arcmap، excel و مدل آنتروپی شانون و topsis مورد تجزیه تحلیل قرار گرفته‌اند. نتایج محاسبات و ارزیابی نشان می‌دهد که تمامی محلات شهر یاسوج از زیست‌پذیری یکسانی برخوردار نیستند. بیشترین سطح زیست‌پذیری را محله زیر جمعه بازار بیشترین میزان زیست‌پذیری و محله ارم کمترین میزان زیست‌پذیری را دارند.

the viability measurement of urban neighborhoods for sustainable development (a case study: yasuj city)

viability is one of the approaches that seeks to create a safe and healthy environment for human societies. today, cities face many challenges in the economic, social and environmental fields. at the same time, population growth, along with the growing proportion of urbanization, has had detrimental consequences for cities. continuation of such urban growth with social, economic, and environmental problems is critical and warns of urban instability. meanwhile, other problems drastically reduce the quality of life and, consequently, livability in cities. therefore, the necessity and importance of the discussion of viability and sustainable development in cities today is quite obvious. the purpose of this study is to evaluate the viability of neighborhoods in yasuj with emphasis on sustainable development. the research method is descriptive-analytical with an applied purpose. the data required for analysis were collected through a questionnaire and then analyzed using spss, arcmap, excel software and shannon entropy model and topsis. the results of calculations and evaluation show that not all neighborhoods of yasuj have the same viability. the neighborhoods under juma bazaar have the highest level of viability and eram neighborhood has the lowest level of viability.
