مدل یابی عوامل موثر بر تحقق‌پذیری اصول رشد هوشمند در شهر ملایر

اصطلاح توسعه به ارتقای سطح و کیفیت زندگی افراد و بهبود رفاه عمومی جامعه معطوف است و پایداری آن، به استمرار این فرآیند در طول نسل های بشر اشاره دارد. به این ترتیب توسعه پایدار تمام جنبه ها و ابعاد زندگی بشر را در برمیگیرد. در این زمینه شهر هوشمند نه واقعیت بلکه نوعی راهبرد محسوب میشود که در جهت چشم انداز توسعه آینده به آن توجه شده است.پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر گردآوری داده ها، توصیفی و از نوع پیمایشی است. ابزار جمع آوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه است. جامعه آماری تحقیق را خبرگان و متخصصین حوزه شهری در برمیگیرند.در این راستا با توجه به اهداف پژوهش، ابزار جمع آوری، نوع داده ها و روش شناسی پژوهش، مستلزم شناسایی عوامل موثر بر تحقق پذیری اصول رشد هوشمند در شهر ملایر از یکسو و از سوی دیگر، بهره گیری از متدولوژی تحلیلی مدلسازی ساختاری تفسیری به منظور تعیین و تحلیل روابط بین عوامل موثر بر تحقق پذیری اصول رشد هوشمند در شهر ملایر است که در نهایت نوع متغیرها با توجه به اثرگذاری و اثرپذیری بر سایر متغیرها خوشه بندی شده است. نتایج بدست آمده بیانگر اینست که عامل ایجاد کاربری های مختلط در شهر ملایر با میزان قدرت نفوذ 9 بیشترین تاثیر و همانند سنگ زیربنای مدل عمل میکند و ترغیب و تشویق افراد به توسعه همکاری و مشارکت با میزان قدرت نفوذ 4 کمترین تاثیر را دارد.
