مدل‌سازی اکولوژیک توسعه شهری با استفاده از مدل‌های تصمیم‌گیری تعاملی Ahp وFuzzy Ahp باکلی (مطالعه موردی: حاشیه شهر اراک)

انجام توسعه و ایجاد نقاط مناسب برای توسعه شهری بدون در نظر گرفتن توان اکولوژیکی مشکلات اجتماعی، اقتصادی و زیست‌محیطی متعددی را درپی دارد. این پژوهش در چارچوب روش آنالیز سیستمی با هدف تعیین نقاط مناسب جهت توسعه شهری، براساس شاخص‌های مدل ارزیابی توان اکولوژیک توسعه شهری ایران در حاشیه شهر اراک انجام شده است. به ‌این منظور از روش‌های تصمیم‌گیری چندمعیارهahp و فازی ahp باکلی جهت تعیین وزن معیارها و توابع عضویت فازی برای استاندارد‌‌سازی آن‌ها استفاده شده است. نتایج حاکی از آن است که از مجموع کل مساحت منطقه به‌روش fahp، %‌63 دارای اراضی با توان درجه یک و %12 دارای اراضی نامناسب برای کاربری توسعه شهری هستند و به‌ روش ahp، %65 دارای توان درجه یک و %21 نامناسب است. نتایج کنترل طبقات مدل توسعه شهری در این مطالعه ضمن تایید مدل تصمیم‌گیری سلسله مراتبی ahp در منطقه مورد مطالعه مشخص نمود که روش تصمیم‌گیری چندمعیاره fahpبهترین روش ارزیابی است که عمل ارزیابی توان اکولوژیک سرزمین را با دقت بیشتری مدل‌سازی کرده و تطابق بیشتری با واقعیت زمینی داشته است.

Ecological Modeling of Urban Development Using Compensatory Decision Making Models of AHP and Buckley’s Fuzzy AHPCase study: The Arak Fringe

Execution of development and creation of appropriate points for urban development without considering ecological capability will result in the appearance of several environmental, economic and social problems. This research is done in an analysis approach frame of a system with the aim of determine appropriate locations for urban development, has been done according to the indicators of ecological capability evaluation model of Iran urban development in the border town of Arak. For this purpose, it has been used multicriteria decisionmaking methods of AHP and FUZZYAHP Buckley in order to determine the weighting of criteria and fuzzy membership functions for standardization. The results showed that from the total region area by using FAHP, 63 percent of the lands with capable of first degree and 12 percent of lands are unsuitable for urban development, and by method of AHP, 65 percent has the capacity first class and 21 percent are unsuitable for urban development land use. Results of control the urban development classes in this study while confirmation of decisionmaking model AHP in the Study area, determined that the best method for assessment, is multicriteria decisionmaking method FAHP, that is modelling the act of ecological capability evaluation of land use more carefully and is having more accordance with the reality of the ground truth.
