بررسی تحلیلی الگوی درمان مبتنی بر تجویز منطقی دارو در بیماری‌های انگلی از دیدگاه ابن سینا در کتاب قانون

هدف: آلودگی با کرم‌های بیماری‌زای انگلی از شایع‌ترین بیماری‌های عفونی بین مردم کشورهای جهان است و امروزه با توجه به عفونت‌های انگلی مقاوم به درمان، عوارض دارویی و بروز بیماری‌های نوپدید و ایمونولوژیک، توجه به دیدگاه‌ها و تجربیات درمانی حکمای طب سنتی ایرانی ضروری‌تر به نظر می‌رسد.روش ها: این پژوهش، یک مطالعه مروری کتابخانه‌ای است. مباحث مرتبط با بیماری‌های انگلی و کرم‌ها در کتاب قانون ابن‌ سینا مورد بررسی، ‌از نوع آنالیز محتوا، قرار گرفته و رویکرد ابن سینا در درمان آن بر اساس الگوی تجویز منطقی دارو (rational prescribing) بوده است.یافته ها: اطلاعات مستخرج از مهم‌ترین منابع طب ایرانی و عمدتاً کتاب قانون در مورد بیماری‌های انگلی، دسته‌بندی شده و نشان داده شد که رویکرد ابن سینا در درمان بیماری‌های انگلی، تصمیم‌گیری بر اساس الگوی حل مسئله با توجه به جمع‌بندی شرایط نهایی بیمار از نظر تعیین شدت و اولویت‌بندی اسباب و علل صورت پذیرفته و از شخصی به شخص دیگر متفاوت است.نتیجه گیری: آگاهی نسبت به یافته‌های این مطالعه مشتمل بر اسباب و علل ایجاد بیماری و دسته‌بندی علائم بالینی از نظر طب ایرانی، انواع داروهای گیاهی و طبیعی و روش‌های متنوع تجویز آن‌ها با رعایت اصول حفظ‌الصحه در کنار روش‌های تشخیصی و درمانی طب کلاسیک می‌تواند در کنترل و پیشگیری این بیماری موثر و همچنین به عنوان بستری جهت پژوهش‌های بعدی باشد.

Treatments for Parasitic Diseases Based on Rational Prescribing of Drugs according to Avicenna’s Approach

Objective: Infections caused by parasitic worms are among the most common diseases in the world. Considering the parasitic infections resistant to treatment, drug side effects and the emergence of new immunological diseases, it seems more necessary to pay attention to the views and therapeutic experiences of physicians in Iranian Traditional Medicine (ITM).Methods: As A review study, data related to parasitic diseases and worms were first collected from Avicenna rsquo;s the Canon of Medicine book and other ITM books, and then underwent content analysis. Avicenna rsquo;s approach in the treatment of these diseases was studied based on the rational prescribing model.Results: Avicenna rsquo;s approach in the treatment of parasitic diseases is based on problemsolving model and according to the summary of patients rsquo; conditions in terms of disease severity and prioritization of causes. It varies from person to person.Conclusion: Awareness of the causes of parasitic diseases, categorization of their clinical symptoms based on ITM, knowledge of natural and herbal medicine and various methods of prescribing them according to the health principals along with diagnostic and therapeutic methods of classic medicine can be helpful in control and prevention of parasitic diseases.
