اولین گزارش از حضور کنه شکارگر phytoseiulus persimilis (acari: phytoseiidae) در محیط طبیعی ایران

چکیده
|
کنه شکارگر phytoseiulus persimilis athiashenriotبه صورت واردسازی از خارج و پرورش در آزمایشگاه و گلخانه در ایران مورد استفاده قرار گرفته است. از این کنه شکارگر برای کنترل بیولوژیک کنه های تارتن در گلخانه ها و مزارع استفاده شده است. به خاطر نیازهای خاص حرارتی و رطوبتی شامل دمای بین 28-17 درجه سلسیوس و رطوبت نسبی بین 70-40 درصد تاکنون حضور این کنه در شرایط طبیعی ایران گزارش نشده است. در بررسی فون کنه های مرتبط با گیاه بادام زمینی در شهرستان آستانه اشرفیه در استان گیلان تعدادی از این کنه شکارگر روی بوته های بادام زمینی آلوده به کنه تارتن دولکه ای جمع آوری شد. بعد از تهیه اسلاید و بررسی میکروسکوپی گونه کنه شکارگر p. persimilis تشخیص داده شد. این اولین گزارش از استقرار طبیعی کنه شکارگر p. persimilis در ایران است.

First report of the predator mite Phytoseiulus persimilis (Acari: Phytoseiidae) in natural environment of Iran

Abstract
|
The predatory mite Phytoseiulus persimilis AthiasHenriot has been used as importation from abroad or rearing in the laboratory and greenhouse in Iran. This predatory mite has been used for biological control of spider mites in greenhouses and fields. Due to the special thermal and humidity requirements of this mite, including temperature between 1728˚C and relative humidity between 4070%, the presence of this mite in natural conditions of Iran has not been reported so far. In the study of the fauna of mites associated with peanut in AstanehyeAshrafieh vicinity in Guilan province, a few specimens of this predatory mite were collected on peanut plants infected with the two spotted spider mites. After preparing microscopic slide and examining it under the microscope, the species of predator mite was identified as P. persimilis. This is the first report of the natural establishment of the predatory mite P. persimilis in Iran.
