مقایسه سبک حل تعارض زناشویی، بهزیستی روان‌شناختی و کنترل خشم بین زنان نابارور ورزشکار و غیر ورزشکار شهر تهران

پژوهش حاضر با هدف مقایسه حل تعارض زناشویی، بهزیستی روان‌شناختی و کنترل خشم بین زنان نابارور ورزشکار و غیر ورزشکار انجام گرفت. روش پژوهش پس رویدادی و از نوع علی- مقایسه‌ای بود. جامعه آماری شامل زنان نابارور مراجعه‌کننده به 5 کلینیک ناباروری شهر تهران بود. براساس ملاک‌های ورود، 220 نفر (110 نفر زنان نابارور ورزشکار و 110 نفر زنان نابارور غیر ورزشکار) به صورت هدفمند و در دسترس انتخاب شدند. پرسشنامه سبک حل تعارض رحیم فرم (1983)، پرسشنامه بهزیستی روان‌شناختی ریف (1989) و پرسشنامه خشم اسپیلبرگر (1999) مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. تحلیل داده‌ها به کمک نرم افزار spss 22 و با استفاده از آزمون تحلیل واریانس مانوا (manova) انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد بین دو گروه زنان نابارور ورزشکار و غیر ورزشکار، در سبک حل تعارض زناشویی، بهزیستی روان‌شناختی و کنترل خشم تفاوت معنادار وجود دارد. به این صورت که نمره سبک حل تعارض زناشویی، بهزیستی روان‌شناختی و کنترل خشم بیرونی گروه زنان نابارور ورزشکار به طور معناداری بالاتر از زنان نابارور غیر ورزشکار است. به توجه به نتایج، ایجاد زمینه‌ای مناسب برای ورزش و فعالیت بدنی در کنار برنامه‌ریزی‌های جامع‌نگر در مراقبت‌های درمانی، حمایتی و تسکینی برای زنان نابارور پیشنهاد می‌شود.

the present study was conducted with the aim of comparing marital conflict resolution, psychological well-being and anger control between infertile sportswomen and non-athletes. the research method was post-event and causal-comparative. the statistical population includes was infertile women referring to 5 infertility clinics in tehran. based on the entry criteria, 220 people (110 infertile athletes and 110 infertile non-athletes) were selected targeted and available. rahim form’s conflict resolution style questionnaire (1983), rief’s psychological well-being questionnaire (1989) and spielberger’s anger questionnaire (1999) were used. data analysis was done with the help of spss 22 software and using the manova analysis of variance (manova) test. the results showed that there is a significant difference between two groups of infertile women, athletes and non-athletes, in marital conflict resolution style, psychological well-being and anger control. in this way, the score of marital conflict resolution style, psychological well-being and external anger control of the group of infertile female athletes is significantly higher than that of infertile non-athletic women. according to the results, it is suggested to create a suitable environment for exercise and physical activity along with comprehensive planning in therapeutic, supportive and palliative care for infertile women.
