تحلیل جنسیتی نگرش دانشجویان نسبت به مشارکت سیاسی

زنان در سال اول ازدواج بر روی احساسات خود کار کرده و آن را متناسب با مناسبات زندگی جدید‌شان سامان می‌دهند. هدف از انجام این مطالعه، کشف کار احساسی 20 زن در شهر اصفهان ‌در سال اول ازدواج با استفاده از نظریه آرلی. هوقشیلد و  تکنیک گریماس است. یافته‌ها نشان داد ‌کنش‌گری زنان برای رسیدن به یک زندگی خوب طراحی شده است. در این راستا، آنها به انجام دو نوع «کار احساسی معطوف به خود» و «کار احساسی معطوف به دیگری» دست می‌زنند. «کار احساسی معطوف به خود» غالباً با یک انگیزه درونی و با هدف ارتقای کیفیت زناشویی، خروج از یک بحران، خلق رضایت، خودتاملی و تعامل سازنده با دیگران انجام می‌گردد و به وفور از یاری یاری‌رسان‌ها استفاده می‌شود. «کار احساسی معطوف به دیگری» همواره با یک نیروی درونی و با هدف ایجاد تغییر آگاهانه، میل به بازشناخته شدن و رسیدن به خلسه سعادتمندانه صورت می‌گیرد و به‌ندرت اثری از آثار یاری‌رسان‌ها و مخالفان دیده می‌شود. ساختار قدرت در خانواده، فقدان برخی مهارت‌ها و توانمندی‌ها در زنان و عاملیت زنان در شکل‌دهی و انسجام به خانواده از جمله دلایلی است که زنان را به سمت کار احساسی معطوف به خود سوق می‌دهد.

Narrative analysis of women’s emotional work in the first year of marriage in Isfahan

Women work on their emotions and adjust them to the new relationship in the first year of marriage. The purpose of this study is to discover the emotional work of 20 women in Isfahan. We will adopt Arley Hochshild theory on emotion and use narrative inquiry of Algirdas Julien Greimas . Findings show that women try to achieve a good life. They perform both selfdirected emotional work and otherbased one in the first year of marriage. &Selfdirected emotional work& is often done with an inner motivation and with the aim of improving the quality of marriage, overcoming a crisis, creating satisfaction, selfreflection and constructive interaction with others, and the help of helpers is widely used.& Otherbased emotional work& is always done with an inner force and with the aim of making a conscious change, the desire to be recognized and to fall into a blissful trance, and rarely is there any trace of the helpers and opponents. There are some reasons that lead women to emotional work include the power structure in the family, the lack of some skills and abilities in women, and women’s agency in shaping and integrating the family
