بررسی موانع کارآفرینی زنان بلوچ شهرستان سراوان

حضور زنان در بازار کار بر حسب شرایط محیطی، اقتصادی، اجتماعی، فرهنگی و سیاسی هر کشور متفاوت است و به عوامل گوناگونی بستگی دارد از جمله این عوامل می‌توان به مشارکت زنان، اندازه و سیاست‌های دولت، توزیع درآمد و هزینه‌ی خانوار، میزان بیکاری، شرایط محیطی خانواده، میزان سواد و سایر عوامل فرهنگی و اجتماعی اشاره کرد. این پژوهش بر آن است که با استفاده از روش تحلیل سلسله مراتبی فازی به رتبه‌بندی موانع توسعه کارآفرینی زنان بلوچ در شهرستان سراوان در استان سیستان و بلوچستان بپردازد. پژوهش حاضر مطالعه‌ای توصیفی-تحلیلی است که در سال 1396 انجام گرفته‌است. نتایج به‌دست آمده این موضوع را بیان می‌کند که از بین موانع موثر بر کارآفرینی زنان بلوچ در شهرستان سراوان موانع شخصیتی-فرهنگی، موثرترین موانع فراروی کارآفرینی زنان بوده و موانع اقتصادی، موانع حمایتی، موانع آموزشی و موانع زیرساختی در اولویت‌های بعدی قرار دارند. نتایج همچنین نشان داد که از بین موانع شخصیتی-فرهنگی به‌عنوان مهم‌ترین مانع پیش‌ روی زنان شهرستان، محدودیت‌های فرهنگی در منطقه از قبیل تعصبات و تبعیضات دارای بالاترین اولویت است.

The Obstacles of Entrepreneurship for Baluch Women in Saravan District

The presence of women in the labor market varies according to the environmental, economic, social, cultural and political conditions in each country, and it depends on a variety of factors such as women’s participation, government size and policies, distribution of household income and expenditure, unemployment, family living conditions, level of literacy and other cultural and social factors. The present study seeks to rank the barriers of entrepreneurship development of Baluch women in Saravan County in Sistan and Baluchistan province through using Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP). This research is a descriptiveanalytic study carried out in 2017. The results show that among the barriers to Baluch women’s entrepreneurship in Saravan County, personalitycultural barriers are the most effective obstacles to women’s entrepreneurship development, and economic barriers, supportive barriers, educational barriers and infrastructural barriers are in the next priorities respectively. The results also show that among the barriers of personalitycultural as the main obstacle for women in the county; cultural limitations in the region such as prejudices and discrimination have the highest priority.
