نقش فاصلۀ بین انتظارات و واقعیّتِ رابطه زناشویی در رضایت زناشویی زنان و مردان شهر تهران

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی رابطه فاصلۀ بین انتظارات افراد از رابطه زناشویی و واقعیت در حال تجربۀ زندگی زناشویی با میزان رضایت زناشویی زوجین انجام شد. بدین منظور 146 نفر متاهل(87 زن و 59 مرد) ساکن شهر تهران با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری داوطلبانه انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل مقیاس تجارب واقعی زندگی زناشویی، ‌‌مقیاس انتظارات از زندگی زناشویی و مقیاس سنجش ارتباط بود. نتایج نشان داد در تمام مولّفه‌های رضایت زناشویی فاصلۀ بین انتظارات افراد از رابطه زناشویی و واقعیت درحال تجربه زندگی زناشویی با میزان رضایت زناشویی همبستگی منفی و معنا‌داری دارد، ‌‌نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون نشان داد فاصلۀ بین واقعیّات و انتظارات در مولّفه‌های حل تعارض و تعهد، ‌‌نقش معنا‌داری در پیش‌بینی میزان رضایت زناشویی دارند. نتایج همچنین نشان داد که در زنان فاصلۀ بین انتظارات از رابطه زناشویی و واقعیت درحال تجربۀ زندگی زناشویی در مولّفه‌های خودابرازگری، ‌‌محبّت، ‌‌رابطه ایمن، ‌‌ارتباط، ‌‌حل تعارض به‌طورمعنا‌داری بیش‌تر از مردان بود

The role of Discrepancy between Expectations and Reality of marital relationship in marital satisfaction of married people in Tehran

This research was conducted with the goal of studying the relation of discrepancy between expectations and reality of marital relationship and marital satisfaction. The method of research was descriptive and correlative. So, 146 married people (87 women & 59 men) from Tehran City were selected using voluntary sampling. For collecting data, the realistic experiences & the expectations of marital relation questionnaires, and the Relationship Assessment Scale were employed. Results showed that among all marital satisfaction components, there were significant correlation between difference of expectations and reality of marital Relationship & marital satisfaction. The result of stepwise regression analysis showed discrepancy between expectations and reality in components such as conflict resolution and commitment, had significant role to predict marital satisfaction. The results also showed that the difference of reality and expectations in components selfdisclosure, affection, relational security, quality of communication, and conflict resolution are more significant among women than men.
