اصول مواجهه با انواع متکدیان، بر اساس آموزه های قرآن و احادیث

یکی از موضوعاتی که امروزه برای بسیاری از مردم مساله‌ساز شده است، مساله نحوه مواجهه با متکدیّان علی‌الخصوص متکدیان خیابانی است. این مساله زمانی مساله‌سازتر می‌شود که تکدی‌گری سازمان‌یافته تبدیل به یک حرفه گردد و درنتیجه تبدیل به یک معضل و آسیب اجتماعی برای جامعه اسلامی شود. سوال اصلی این پژوهش عبارت‌است‌از اینکه نحوه مواجه درست با متکدیان خیابانی چگونه است؟ برای پاسخ به این سوال با مراجعه به آیات و روایات معتبر، می‌توان اصول عام و اصول خاصی را استخراج نمود. اصول عام کمک به متکدیان عبارت است از حرمت طرد، تحقیر، منّت‌گذاری و آزار و اذیت متکدیان. اصول خاص نیز ناظر به اقسام متکدیان است؛ در مواجهه با متکدیان واقعی، اصل بر کمک تا سرحد بی‌نیازی است و در مواجهه با متکدیان مشکوک اصل بر صحّت ادعای فقر و کمک حداقلی است. در مواجهه با متکدیان غیرواقعی، اصل بر حرمت تعاون بر اثم و اکل مال به باطل است.

Principles of behavior with all kinds of beggars , based on the Qur’an and hadiths studies

One of the issues that has become a problem for many people today is how to deal with beggars especially street beggars. This problem becomes more problematic when organized begging becomes a profession and as a result becomes a social problem for Islamic society. The main question of this research is how to deal with street beggars correctly. To answer this question, by referring to Quran and hadiths, can be extracted general principles and certain principles. The general principles of helping beggars are the sanctity of rejection, humiliation, flattery, and harassment of beggars. Specific principles also apply to the type of beggars. In the face of real beggars, the principle of helping to the point of needlessness, in the face of suspicious beggars, the principle of poverty and minimum wage, and in the face of unreal beggars, the principle of respect for cooperation in repentance is one of the most important principles of dealing with various beggars.
