امنیت اقتصادی و راهکارهای تامین آن در آموزه‌های قرآنی و روایی

امنیت از ضروری‌ترین نیازهای بشری در همۀ اعصار است و این نیاز در اندیشۀ اسلامی نیز یکی از ضروری‌ترین و بزرگ‌ترین نعمات مادی و معنوی برای جوامع انسانی و حیات فردی و اجتماعی به شمار آمده است. از سوی دیگر، یکی از وجوه بسیار بااهمیت امنیت، بعد اقتصادی آن است که به‌ویژه بعد از جنگ جهانی دوم، در دنیای غرب، به این مفهوم چه از حیث نظری و چه از حیث عملی توجه ویژه‌ای گردید و تلاش شد تا تامین آن برای شهروندان با اهتمام افزون‌تری مدنظر نظام‌های سیاسی و اقتصادی قرار گیرد. مستندات این پژوهش، به‌خوبی بیانگر آن است که بسیار پیش از این در منابع قرآنی و روایی، مفهوم متطور و پیچیدۀ امنیت اقتصادی و سازوکارهای تامین آن، به‌گونه‌ای بسیار دقیق و ملموس، مورد تبیین و تصریح قرار گرفته است و با اتکا به این رهنمودهای متقن و عملی، می‌توان ضمن تمهید و تامین امنیت اقتصادی، جامعه اسلامی و بشری را در مرز‌های ایمان و نظام توحیدی، به توسعۀ عدالت‌محور و پیشرفت و تعالی مادی و معنوی رهنمون ساخت.

Economic Security and Mechanisms of Providing it in the Quran and Hadith Teachings

Security has been one of the most essential needs of mankind in all ages. This need is also recognized as one of the most essential and of the biggest material as well as spiritual blessings for human societies and individual as well as social life of human being in Islamic thought. On the other hand, one of the significant aspects of security is economic one which has attracted the special attention of the western world particularly after world war II in theoretical and practical levels. The west has also attempted to provide security for citizens through its political and economic systems. References of this research indicate quite well that long ago Quran and Hadith sources have explained and elaboradted the complex and dynamic concept of economic security and mechanisms of providing it very precisely and in clear terms.Relying on these solid and practical guidelines, the Islamic system is capable of providing economic security and leading the human and Islamic society towards justice– oriented development, and material as well as spiritual improvement within a religious framework and a monotheistic system.
