مبانی دینی- اعتقادی مدیریت عملکرد سازمانی از منظر آموزه های اسلامی

این پژوهش با هدف بررسی و استخراج برخی از مهم‌ترین مبانی دینی اعتقادی مدیریت عملکرد سازمانی از منظر آموزه‌های اسلامی انجام ‌شده است. مسئلة اصلی تحقیق حاضر این بوده که مبانی اعتقادی مدیریت عملکرد سازمانی از منظر آموزه‌های اسلامی چیست؟ برای پاسخ به این پرسش و استخراج مضامین مرتبط با این موضوع، با استفاده از روش ترکیبی «استنباطی تحلیلی» (تحلیل مضمون)، با جست‌وجوی واژگانی و نیز با مراجعه مستقیم و مطالعة ترتیبی متون منابع، تحقیق گسترده‌ای انجام شد. نتیجۀ تحقیق با انجام سه مرحلة رمزگذاری توصیفی، تفسیری و رابطه‌ای، دستیابی به 197 مضمون توصیفی یا پایه و 19 مضمون تفسیری یا سازمان‌دهنده و 5 مضمون رابطه‌ای یا فراگیر بوده است. یافته‌های تحقیق نشان می‌دهد «علم و معرفت» با دو مولفه، «ایمان به دین اسلام با تمام ابعاد آن» با سه مولفة اصلی، «نگاه به هستی از منظر دینی» با دو مولفه، «نگاه به انسان از منظر دینی» با پنج مولفه و «ایمان به سنت‌های الهی» با سه مولفه به‌ مثابة مبانی دینی و اعتقادی یا مبانی خاص برای مدیریت عملکرد سازمانی از منظر آموزه‌های اسلامی مطرح‌اند.

religious and doctrinal foundations of organizational performance management from the perspective of islamic teachings

this research was conducted with the aim of investigating and extracting some of the most important religious-doctrinal foundations of organizational performance management from the perspective of islamic teachings. the main research question is: what are the religious foundations of organizational performance management from the perspective of islamic teachings? in order to answer this question and extract the themes related to this topic, an extensive research was conducted using the combined inferential-analytical method (theme analysis), keyword search, and direct and sequential study of source texts. through three stages of descriptive, interpretive and relational coding, 197 descriptive or basic themes, 19 explanatory or organizing themes and 5 relational or comprehensive themes were obtained. the research findings show that science and knowledge with two components, belief in the religion of islam with all its dimensions with three main components, viewing existence from a religious perspective with two components, viewing man from a religious perspective with five components, and faith in divine traditions with three components are proposed as religious and doctrinal foundations for managing organizational performance from the perspective of islamic teachings.
