نقش مسجد در خط‌مشی‌گذاری و حکمرانی فرهنگی

مسجد یکی از نهادهای مهم فرهنگی اسلامی است و در بازسازی فرهنگی و فرهنگ‌سازی جامعه تاثیر دارد. این نهاد می‌تواند نقش اساسی در فرایند خط‌مشی‌گذاری عمومی و حکمرانی فرهنگی در عرصه‌های مختلف فردی، اجتماعی، سیاسی، اقتصادی و علمی داشته باشد؛ همچنین می‌تواند در لایه‌های مختلف جامعه تاثیر بگذارد و در مقابل از سوی نهادهای گوناگونی همچون نهادها و خط‌مشی‌های دولت و حکومت اثر بپذیرد. مسجد می‌تواند برای توسعه و رشد جامعه در عرصه‌های گوناگون نقش‌آفرینی کند. آنچه مورد غفلت دانشمندان در عرصه‌های مختلف به‌خصوص فرهنگی و اجتماعی قرار گرفته، نقش «مسجد» در فرایند «خط‌مشی‌گذاری» است. هدف این پژوهش بررسی «نقش مسجد» در «خط‌مشی‌گذاری» و «حکمرانی فرهنگی» است. روش تحقیق در این پژوهش، از جهت راهبرد، توصیفی تحلیلی و از نظر ابزار، اسنادی است. اسناد و مدارک تاریخی، قرآنی و روایی نشان‌دهنده‌ این است که نقش مسجد در ابعاد فردی، سیاسی، اجتماعی، فرهنگی، اقتصادی و آموزشی جامعه‌ اسلامی مطرح است. نتیجه‌ این تحقیق نشان داد که مسجد به‌عنوان یک نهاد فرهنگی، نه‌تنها در مسائل فرهنگی، بلکه در زمینه‌های اجتماعی، سیاسی، آموزشی و آگاهی‌بخشی، تربیتی و اقتصادی و در نهایت خط‌مشی‌گذاری عمومی و حکمرانی فرهنگی نقش دارد.

as pivotal islamic cultural institutions, mosques influence cultural reconstruction and societal development. they play a fundamental role in public policy-making and cultural governance across individual, social, political, economic, and scientific spheres. while mosques impact various societal layers, they are also influenced by governmental policies and institutions. what has been neglected by scholars in various fields - especially cultural and social areas - is the role of the mosque in policy-making . this paper aims to examine the role of mosques in “policy-making” and “cultural governance”. the research method is descriptive-analytical and documentary. historical, qur’anic and narrative documents and evidence indicate that the role of mosques has been taken into account in the individual, political, social, cultural, economic and educational dimensions of the islamic society. the results of this research showed that as cultural institutions, mosques play a role not only in cultural issues, but also in the social, political, educational and awareness-raising, educational and economic fields and ultimately in public policy-making and cultural governance.
