عملگرایی در اسلام و رابطه آن با تصمیم‌گیری مدیریتی

این پژوهش با هدف بررسی دیدگاه عملگرایی در اسلام و رابطه آن با تصمیم‌گیری مدیریتی انجام شده است. دغدغه اصلی پژوهش این بوده است که معلوم کند با توجه به دیدگاه «عملگرایی» در غرب، اسلام در این زمینه چه نظری دارد؟ و این دیدگاه چه رابطه‌ای با تصمیم‌گیری به‌مثابه یکی از فرایندهای مدیریتی دارد؟ برای بررسی این مسئله، پژوهش به شیوه‌ جست‌وجوی کتابخانه‌ای و نرم‌افزاری، به منابع اصیل اسلامی (مانند قرآن و منابع حدیثی معتبر) مراجعه و آیات و روایات مربوط به مسئله را جمع‌آوری نموده و با استفاده از روش توصیفی و تحلیل اسنادی به این مطلب دست یافته که اسلام دینی است که به عمل گرایش دارد. البته با توجه به مبانی اعتقادی و ارزشی مطرح در اسلام، عملی مقبول این دیدگاه است که بر پایه ایمان، نیت الهی و مطابق با ارزش‌های ثابت دینی باشد؛ یعنی علاوه بر حسن فعلی، حسن فاعلی نیز داشته باشد. همین نکته موجب تفاوت بین عملگرایی اسلامی و غربی شده است و با توجه به گسترۀ معنایی عمل از دیدگاه اسلام، این دیدگاه بر تصمیم‌گیری مدیریتی به‌عنوان یک عمل، اثر مستقیم دارد.

this research investigates the perspective of pragmatism in islam and its relationship with managerial decision-making. the main concern of the research has been to find out what is the opinion of islam in this field in accordance to the view of pragmatism in the west? and what does this view have to do with decision-making as one of the management processes? using the library research method and tools such as software and using authentic islamic sources (such as the quran and authentic hadith sources) and related verses and traditions and by using the descriptive method and document analysis, this article has come to the conclusion that islam is a religion that has a practical orientation. of course, according to the fundamentals of belief and value in islam, the accepted practice by this view is a practice that is based on faith, divine intention and in accordance with fixed religious values; that is, in addition to the goodness of action, it should also have the goodness of actor. this point has caused the difference between islamic and western pragmatism and considering the scope of meaning of action from the perspective of islam, this point of view has a direct effect on managerial decision-making as an action.
