بررسی تطبیقی مولفه مسئولیت اجتماعی هوش هیجانی بار-اون در قرآن و عهد جدید

امروزه بر اساس علم روان‌شناسی یکی از شاخص‌های انسان سالم، با هوش هیجانی پرورش یافته، داشتن تعهد و مسئولیت اجتماعی است. سوال این است که دو دین اسلام و مسیحیت چقدر به این بخش از توانایی هوش انسان پرداخته‌اند؟ آیا رهبران دینی ادیان یادشده به‌عنوان الگوی جامعه‌ مومنان خود دارای این ویژگی بوده‌اند؟ و آیا در قرآن و عهد جدید این مولفه از هوش هیجانی به دین‌داران تکلیف یا توصیه شده است؟ پژوهش حاضر یک مورد اسنادی کتابخانه‌ای است که در ابتدا به مفهوم هوش هیجانی برگرفته از نظر بار آن می‌پردازد و سپس از میان پانزده مولفه‌ معرفی‌شده، مولفه‌ مسئولیت اجتماعی را به‌صورت موردی انتخاب می‌کند تا در متن کتاب‌های قرآن و عهد جدید به‌صورت تطبیقی به بررسی آن بپردازد. نتایج این پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که در هر دو کتاب به این مولفه توجه شده است. توصیه‌های الهی در قرآن و شخص پیامبر(ص) دیده می‌شود و در عهد جدید مسئولیت اجتماعی را در گفتار و رفتار حضرت عیسی(ع) و پولس می‌توان مشاهده کرد.

a comparative study of the component of bar-on emotional intelligence’s social responsibility in the quran and the new testament

today, according to psychology, one of the indicators of a healthy person with developed emotional intelligence is having social commitment and responsibility. the question is: to what extent have the two religions of islam and christianity addressed this part of human intelligence? have the religious leaders of these religions considered this characteristic as a model for their community of believers? is this component of emotional intelligence recommended to religious people in the quran and the new testament? the present study is a documentary-library research that first deals with the concept of emotional intelligence in terms of bar-on and then selects the component of social responsibility from among the fifteen components to examine it comparatively in the text of the quran and the new testament. the results show that both books have paid attention to this component. divine advice is given by the quran and the prophet. in the new testament also social responsibility can be observed in the speech and conduct of jesus and paul.
