بررسی تطبیقی کسب‌های ممنوعه به‌دلیل عدم تعادل بین ثمن و مثمن از منظر قرآن و عهد ‌عتیق

تحقیق حاضر درصدد مقایسه‌ی دو کتاب قرآن و عهد ‌عتیق در موضوع «کسب‌های ممنوعه به‌دلیل عدم تعادل بین ثمن و مثمن» به‌روش تحلیلی توصیفی است. در قرآن و عهد ‌عتیق احکام بسیاری برای مکاسب آمده است. این تحقیق ضمن بیان احکام کسب‌های ممنوعه در آیات قرآن کریم و عهد ‌عتیق، به مقایسه‌ی تطبیقی میان احکام این دو کتاب پرداخته است. نحوه‌ی بیان احکام کسب‌های ممنوعه در قرآن و عهد ‌عتیق، مباحثی که در هر دو کتاب بر آن تاکید شده و موضوعاتی که اصلاً از آن صحبت نشده، ازجمله مواردی است که سعی شده است در این پژوهش بدان پرداخته شود. به‌عنوان مثال هریک از دو کتاب شامل اشتراکاتی در رشوه و کم‌فروشی (یکی از اصول اساسی در هر دو کتاب، دعوت به عدالت و رعایت انصاف است و رشوه به‌صورت مستقیم و کم‌فروشی به‌صورت غیرمستقیم در هر دو نهی شده)، افتراقاتی در ربا (در عهد عتیق معامله‌ی ربوی با بیگانگان مانعی ندارد؛ اما در قرآن این‌طور نیست) و اختصاصاتی در احکام قمار هستند. قمار از مواردی است که در کتاب مقدس نیامده و تنها در سنت یهود بدان پرداخته شده است.

a comparative study of the prohibited trades due to the imbalance between the price and the good from the perspective of the holy qur'an and the old testament.

this research aims to compare the two holy books of qur’an and the old testament, considering the subject of &prohibited trades due to the imbalance between the price and the good& using an analytical-descriptive method. there are many trading commands in the qur’an and the old testament. explaining the commands regarding prohibited trades in qur’anic verses and the old testament, this research compares the commands of the two books. this research discusses the following topics: the way the commands of prohibited trades are expressed in the quran and the old testament, the topics that are emphasized in each book and the topics that are not discussed at all. for example, both holy books include commonalities in bribery and defrauding and using false weight in trades (one of the basic principles, in both books, is the call to justice and fairness, and bribery is directly and defrauding indirectly prohibited in both holy books), and have some differences in usury (there is no prohibition for usury deal with foreigners in the old testament, but this is not the case in the qur’an) and there are specifics in the commands on gambling. gambling is one of the cases that is not mentioned in the bible and is discussed only in the jewish tradition.
