گونه شناسی منجی در آیین مانوی

یکی از اساسی‌ترین آموزه‌ها در نجات‌شناسی، انگاره‌ی منجی است. آیین مانوی همچون سایر آیین‌های گنوسی رستگاری انسان را در کسب معرفتِ اشراقی می‌داند؛ معرفتی که از راه کشف حاصل می‌شود و عوامل مختلفی ازجمله منجی در رسیدن به این جایگاه نقشِ کلیدی را ایفا میکنند. در متون مختلف باقی‌مانده از کیش مانوی، به منجی و نقش او در نجات انسان اشارات متعددی شده است؛ اما بسته به جغرافیای تبلیغی، مصادیق مختلفی برای این آموزه معرفی می‌شود. در تحقیقات و پژوهش‌های به‌عمل‌آمده در این راستا، غالباً به شخص «عیسی» و «منوهمد روشن» پرداخته شده است. این نوشتار درصدد آن است که ماهیت و کارکرد منجی و مصادیق مختلف آن در مانویت را با توجه به اساطیر و متون مقدس مانوی واکاود. ازآنجایی‌که آیین مانوی دارای مضامین التقاطی پیچیده‌ای است، تحقیق در انگاره‌ی منجی می‌تواند به روشن شدن این مطلب کمک کند که مانی در تبیین آن، نظر به کدام دین و مذهب داشته است.
