بررسی تحلیلی رابطۀ حق و عدالت در تعالیم تمدنی امام رضا(ع)

«حق» و «عدالت» از حقایقی ‌اند که هر انسانی فطرتاً خواهان دستیابی به آنهاست. این پژوهش با روش توصیفی - تحلیلی به بررسی حقیقت حق و عدالت و رابطۀ آن دو با یکدیگر در پرتو تعالیم امام رضا(ع) پرداخته و بر این اعتقاد است که مفهوم «حق» و «عدالت» از سنخ مفاهیم فلسفی‌اند و عقل مفهوم «حق» را از مقایسه کردن صاحب حق، یعنی موجودی هدفمند و خود حق، یعنی هدف مطلوب یا مقصد متناسب، انتزاع می‌کند. حق از چیزی به نام «وجود» پدید می‌آید و وجود باری‌تعالی که غنیّ بالذات است منشا همۀ وجودات و در نتیجه، منشا تمام حق‌ها نیز هست. حرکت موجودات در جهت رسیدن به آن هدف مطلوب و مقصد متناسب مستلزم برخورداری از امتیازاتی است که خداوند تکویناً و یا تشریعاً به آنها اعطا می‌کند. حق در حقیقت، منشا عدالت به شمار می‌آید که برگرفته از حقیقت توحیدی است و این معنا در تعالیم تمدنی امام رضا(ع) تجلی یافته است که فرمود: «کلمۀ توحید دژی است که هر کس در آن دژ وارد شود مصون خواهد ماند، اما به شرط این‌که از مسیر ولایت باشد». تبیین این امر بر اساس تعالیم رضوی(ع)، کمک شایانی به شناخت حقیقت حق و عدالت و اجرای آن در زندگی خواهد نمود که تامین‌کنندۀ ضرورت این بحث است.

analytical study of the relationship between right and justice in the civilizational teachings of imam reza (pbuh)

right and justice are truths that every human wants to achieve by nature. this research, with a descriptive-analytical method, investigates the nature of right and justice and their relationshipwith each other in the light of the teachings of imam reza (pbuh).it is believed that the concept of right and justice are philosophicalconcepts and the intellect abstracts the concept of rightfrom comparing the owner of the right, i.e. a purposeful entity,and the right itself, i.e. the desired goal or appropriate destination.the right arises from existence and the existence of the supremebeing, which is rich in essence, is the origin of all existences and,as a result, the origin of all rights. the movement of beings inthe direction of reaching that desired goal and correspondingdestination requires the privileges that god grants them throughcreation or shari'a (islamic law). in fact, right is the source ofjustice, which is derived from the truth of monotheism, and thismeaning is manifested in the cultural teachings of imam reza(pbuh), who said, the word monotheism is a fortress that whoeverenters it will remain safe, but provided that it must be throughwilayah(guardianship). the explanation of this matter based on the teachings of imam reza (pbuh) will help to know the nature of right and justice and its implementation in life, which provides the necessity of this discussion.
