طراحی الگوی رهبری پایدار در مواجهه با بحران حاصل از کووید 19 به جهت تاب‌آوری در مشاغل صنایع غذایی (موردمطالعه: شرکت‌ها و کارخانجات تولید مواد غذایی استان گیلان)

هدف پژوهش حاضر، طراحی الگوی رهبری پایدار در مواجهه با بحران حاصل از کووید 19 به جهت تاب‌آوری در مشاغل صنایع غذایی استان گیلان است. این پژوهش در حوزه پارادایم تفسیری، از نوع پژوهش‌های کیفی با رویکرد استقرایی و براساس نظریه داده‌بنیاد است. جامعه آماری پژوهش، مدیران بخش‌های صف و ستاد در شرکت‌ها و کارخانجات تولید مواد غذایی استان گیلان می‌باشد. برای انتخاب نمونه، از روش نمونه‌گیری هدف‌مند استفاده شد که براساس قاعده اشباع با استفاده از 15 مصاحبه این مهم حاصل شد و به جهت اطمینان بیشتر تا 20 امین مصاحبه نیز ادامه پیدا کرد. داده‌ها در سه مرحله کدگذاری باز، محوری و گزینشی تحلیل قرار داده شدند تا مفاهیم و مقوله‌ها طبقه‌بندی شوند. ﻣﻘﻮﻟﻪ ﻣﺤﻮری، ظرفیت‌سازی برای رهبری پایدار در مواجهه با کووید 19 اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ در سه ﺑﻌﺪ اقدام‌های بنیادی، اقدام‌های انگیزشی و ارزیابی و کنترل استخراج شد و ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﺷﺮایﻂ ﻋﻠﯽ، ﺷﺮایﻂ مداخله‌گر، راﻫﺒﺮدﻫﺎ و ﭘﯿﺎﻣﺪﻫﺎ در سه سطح مشتریان، کارفرمایان و سازمان ﺗﺪویﻦ و الگوی ﻧﻬﺎیﯽ اراﺋﻪ ﺷﺪ. اقدام‌های مدیران در شرایط بحران، نقش محوری در شناسایی فرصت‌ها، تهدید‌ها و نقاط قوت و ضعف داشته و مدیران باید پیوندی قوی بین اقدام‌های بنیادی، انگیزشی و ارزیابی و کنترل به جهت اجرایی‌کردن موثر راهبرد‌ها در بحران‌ها ارائه دهند. نتایج پژوهش در حوزه مواجهه با بحران حاصل از کووید 19 در مشاغل صنایع غذایی نوآوری‌های تئوریکی و نظری به همراه داشته است و به کارفرمایان و پژوهشگران در حوزه صنایع غذایی، در درک و شناخت بهینه از الگوی رهبری پایدار در مواجهه با بحران حاصل از کووید 19 کمک می‌کند.

Designing a Sustainable Leadership Model in Crisis Response from COVID-19 for Resilience in Food Industry Jobs (Case Study: Food Companies and Factories in Guilan Province)

The purpose of the paper was to design a sustainable leadership model in crisis response from COVID19 for resilience in food industry jobs of Guilan Province. This research in the field of interpretive paradigm is a qualitative research of an inductive approach, and it is based on Grounded Theory.The statistical population is the managers of line and staff departments in companies and food production factories of Guilan province. In this study, purposeful sampling was used to select the sample. According to the saturation rule, this was achieved by using 15 interviews, and for more confidence, the interview was continued until the 20th. Data were analyzed in three stages of open, axial and selective coding to classify concepts and categories. Core category was capacity building for sustainable leadership in the crisis response from COVID19 and in three foundational, motivational measures and evaluation and control and causal conditions, context, intervening conditions, strategies and consequences at three levels of customers, employers and organizations were and the final model was presented. Managers #39; practices in crisis situations play a pivotal role in identifying opportunities, threats, and strengths and weaknesses, and managers must have a strong link between fundamental, motivational measures, and evaluation and control in order to effectively implement strategies in crisis. The results of research in the field of crisis response from COVID19 in food industry jobs will present theoretical innovations and help employers, researchers in the field of food industry to better understand the pattern of sustainable leadership in the coping of the crisis.
