اکتشاف الگوی رهبری ناب در سازمان‌های دولتی: نظریه‌ای داده‌بنیاد

در دنیای سازمانی، رهبران یا مدیران افرادی بسیار تعیین کننده و موثرند، و مشاغل مدیریتی و رهبری از کلیدی ترین مشاغل سازمان ها است که این موضوع در سازمان های دولتی به دلیل نقش پررنگ و محوری این سازمان ها در جامعه کلیدی تر می‌باشند. در پژوهش حاضر، پژوهشگران برآنند تا الگوی رهبری مناسبی را برای سازمان های دولتی پیشنهاد دهند ، پس از بررسی های دقیق، الگوی رهبری ناب، که پیشتر در محیط صنعت بکارگرفته شده است، مبنایی برای استخراج الگوی رهبری در سازمان های دولتی درنظرگرفته شد. برای نیل به این هدف از روش پژوهش کیفی نظریه دادهبنیاد و استفاده از روش گردآوری داده ها به شکل مصاحبه های عمیق و نیمه ساختارمند با خبرگان دانشگاهی یا اجرایی (یا توامان) موضوع، برمبنای روش نمونه گیری هدفمند استفاده گردید، و برمبنای راهبرد کدگذاریِ نکات کلیدی، کدگذاری های باز، محوری و انتخابی و استفاده کارا و اثربخش از نرم افزار تحلیل کیفی(maxqda.pro.2018.1)، مقوله های اصلی الزامات دولت ، اصالت کنش ها و تعاملات سازمانی ، جریان های محیطی اثرگذار بیرونی و نیز اقدامات درون سازمانی استخراج گردید، که منجر به پیامدهای این الگوی اکتشافی درقالب مقوله رهبری ناب شده است. دو نتیجه کلیدی الگوی اکتشافی توصیفی نظریه رهبری ناب در سازمان های دولتی و استخراج قضایای نظری همراه با پیشنهادهای پژوهشی و اجرایی حاصل این فرآیند پژوهشی است.

Identifying lean Leadership pattern in Public Organizations: Grounded Theory

In the organizational world, leaders or executives are highly influential, and managerial and leadership positions are one of the most important organizational professions. This subject is more important in public organizations due to key role of them in society. In this survey, researchers seek to provide appropriate leadership model for public organizations. Reviewing this subject, ldquo;lean leadership , which traditionally used in the industrial environment, can be considered as the basis for extracting the model of lean leadership in Public organizations. For this purpose, 23 indepth, semistructured interviews were conducted with the academics and executive (or simultaneous) and experts of the subject, by using targeted sampling method. Based on the key coding strategy, the open, axial, and selective coding steps were implemented, and by the effective and efficient use of Software (MAXQDA.PRO.2018.1), the axial category government requirements rdquo;, ldquo;authenticity , strategies , external influences intraorganizational actions were extracted, which led to the consequences of this exploratory model in the context of the category of ldquo;lean leadership rdquo;. The two key findings of the research process include descriptive exploratory model of lean leadership in Public organizations and extracting theoretical theorems rdquo;.
