ترسیم چشم‌انداز توسعه پایدار صنعت پالایش گاز ایران براساس چارچوب طرح گزارش جهانی

پژوهش حاضر با هدف ترسیم چشم‌انداز آینده مطلوب بلندمدت صنعت پالایش گاز ایران از منظر توسعه پایدار، اجرا شده است. رویکرد پژوهش ترکیبی (کیفی کمی) بوده و استراتژی پژوهش تحلیل محتوای پنهان به مثابه یک راهبرد است. اطلاعات پژوهش حاضر از طریق ابزارهای پرسش‌نامه و مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته با 24 نفر از مدیران عالی و میانی صنعت پالایش گاز و خبرگان دانشگاهی در حوزه توسعه پایدار (که با روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند) گردآوری شد. پس از شناسایی جنبه‌ها و شاخص‌های کلیدی توسعه پایدار صنعت پالایش گاز ایران، معیارهای به‌دست‌آمده از این فرایند برای ترسیم چشم‌انداز مورداستفاده قرار گرفته و با تحلیل محتوای داده‌های به‌دست‌آمده از مصاحبه با مشارکت‌کنندگان، چشم‌انداز آینده مطلوب بلندمدت صنعت از منظر توسعه پایدار برای افق سال 1430 ترسیم شده است. در چشم‌انداز آینده مطلوب بلندمدت، صنعت پالایش گاز ایران ضمن تمرکز بر تولید گاز به‌عنوان هسته مرکزی کسب و کار، با گسترش صنایع پایین‌دستی، استحصال تمام مشتقات قابل استخراج از گاز، اقدام‌های مقابله‌ای و جبرانی در حوزه تغییرات اقلیمی، تقویت و شراکت با جوامع محلی، ایجاد بستر مناسبی برای شفافیت و انتشار اطلاعات به جامعه و با انجام اقدام‌های مناسب برای حفظ تعادل زیست‌محیطی و ایجاد ارزش پایدار برای جامعه از محل ثروت منابع طبیعی، در سطحی فراتر از تولید گاز فعالیت می‌کند.

Visioning the Sustainable Development of the Iranian Gas Refining Industry Based on the GRI

The present study has done to formulate a desired longterm future vision for Iranchr('39')s gas refining industry from the perspective of sustainable development. The research approach is mixed (qualitativequa ntitative) and the research strategy is affective content analysis as a research method. The data gathered through a questionnaire and semistructured interviews with 24 senior and middle managers of the gas refining industry and academic experts in the field of sustainable development who had selected by purposeful sampling. After identifying key aspects of the sustainable development of Iranchr('39')s gas refining industry, the criteria derived from this process are used to formulate the vision and by analyzing the content of the data obtained from the interviews, the desired longterm future vision for Iranchr('39')s gas refining industry has been formulated from the perspective of sustainable development for the 1430. In the desired longterm future vision, the Iranian gas refining industry, while focusing on gas production as a core business, with expanding downstream industries, extracting all derivatives from gas, countervailing and compensatory measures in the area of climate change, strengthening and partnership with the Local communities, by providing an appropriate framework for transparency and reporting the information to the community and taking appropriate measures to maintain environmental equilibrium, it works in a level beyond the production of gas by creating sustainable value for the community from the wealth of natural resources.
