بررسی نقش میانجی هماهنگی عملیاتی در تاثیر همسویی استراتژی بر بلوغ حاکمیت فناوری اطلاعات

حاکمیت فناوری اطلاعات، توانایی هدایت و سازماندهی فناوری اطلاعات و مشخص کردن مسئولیت‌های بین فناوری اطلاعات و حوزه کسب کار در راستای اهداف سازمانی است. این پژوهش به‌دنبال بررسی نقش میانجی هماهنگی عملیاتی در تاثیر همسویی استراتژی بر بلوغ حاکمیت فناوری اطلاعات بوده، جامعه آماری آن در بخش کیفی شامل خبرگان فناوری اطلاعات و در بخش کمی مدیران ارشد فناوری اطلاعات و کسب‌وکار شرکت مخابرات ایران است. این مطالعه از منظر هدف توسعه‌ای کاربردی، از نظر ماهیت توصیفی پیمایشی می‌باشد. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات منابع کتابخانه‌ای، مصاحبه و پرسشنامه محقق ساخته است که روایی محتوایی آن توسط خبرگان تایید گردیده است. نوآوری این پژوهش در معرفی متغیر هماهنگی عملیاتی است که منجر به عینی‌سازی همسویی استراتژی فناوری اطلاعات و کسب‌وکار می‌گردد. مدل پژوهش در دو بعد به‌صورت تلفیقی از مدل همسویی استراتژی لوفتمن و متدولوژی مدیریت فرایند‌های کسب‌وکار (شامل 10 مولفه اصلی و 55 شاخص) طراحی و روایی محتوایی آن توسط خبرگان و پایایی آن با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ (0.936) تایید گردید. بررسی روایی سازه و ساختار و برازش مدل با استفاده از مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری با نرم‌افزار smartpls، صورت گرفته و فرضیه‌های پژوهش مورد بررسی و آزمون قرار گرفتند. نتایج نشان داد که تاثیر هر دو متغیر همسویی استراتژی و هماهنگی عملیاتی بر بلوغ حاکمیت فناوری اطلاعات مثبت و معنادار است. همچنین نتایج آزمون سوبل نقش میانجی متغیر هماهنگی عملیاتی در تاثیر همسویی استراتژی بر بلوغ حاکمیت فناوری اطلاعات را تایید کرد.

The survey for mediating role of Operational coordination in the effect of Strategy alignment on IT Governance maturity

IT governance is the ability to direct and organize information technology and identify the responsibilities between IT and business align with the organizational goals. This research intends to survey the mediating role of operational coordination in the effect of strategy alignment on IT governance maturity rdquo;. The statistical population in the qualitative sector includes the IT experts and in the quantitative part is the senior managers of the IT and business departments of TCI. This study is an applieddevelopmental purpose and it is descriptivesurvey in nature as well. The data collection tools are library resources, interviews, and a researchermade questionnaire whose content validity has been verified by experts. The innovation of this study is to introduce the variable Operational coordination that leads to objectification of the ITBusiness strategy alignment rdquo; in order to realize the IT governance maturity. The research model was designed in two dimensions as a combination of Loftmanchr('39')s strategy alignment and business process management methodology (including 10 key components and 55 indicators). Its content validity and reliability were confirmed by experts using Cronbachchr('39')s alpha coefficient (0.936). Structural validity, structure and fit of the model were investigated by using structural equation modeling with SmartPLS software and the research hypotheses were tested. The results showed that the effects of both strategy alignment and operational coordination variables on the IT governance maturity were positive and significant. The Sobel test results also confirmed the mediating role of variable operational coordination in the effect of strategy alignment on IT governance maturity.
