خلاف الشعراء الجاهلیین مع زوجاتهم اسبابه و نتائجه

اهتم کثیر من الشعراء الجاهلیین بالاشارة اى خلافاتهم مع زوجاتهم، ودافعوا عن انفسهم باسالیب مختلفة مناسبة لشدّة الخلاف او خف ته، من خلال الرّد على لوْم الزوجة، والافتخار بما یفعلوه، وتاکید صحة تصرفاتهم. فنظرة الشاعرالجاهلی اى الزوجة ورغبته بمخالفتها تعود اى تصوره بان ها لا تمیل اى الرّجل الاّ فی شبابه اوغناه، فهم فی اسلوب ردّهم على زوجاتهم، یوکدون رغبتهم فی التخلی عما یلزمهم باحترام المشاعر ا قة للزوجة، متاثرین بالجو القبلی الذی یعلی شان الرجل حتى فی اطار العلاقة الزوجیة. فالبحث، من خلال تطرقه اى دواوین شعراء هذا العصر، یعرض اسلوب العرب الجاهلیین فی محاولة تجنب الخلاف بعد الزواج، ثم یبین اهم اسباب الخلافات الزوجیة وعواقبها عند الشعراء، ویحدد اهم المشکلات التی شاعت بین الزوجین بدراسة وصفیة تحلیلیة . وتحاول المقالة اثبات تاثر الشعراء الجاهلیین بالعادات القبلیة فی حدوث الخلاف مع زوجاتهم مع غیاب القانون الدینی الذی یضمن الحقوق والواجبات المتبادلة للزوجین، واتخاذ الرجل لقراراته بفعل تسلطه فی القبیلة والاستهانة بحقوق الزوجة ومطالبها. وما تستنتجه المقالة یتمثل بما یلی: ان العادات القبلیة هی السبب فی معاناة الزوجة من خلال السماح لکبار السن بالزواج من الصغیرات، ورغبة الشعراء فی الافتخار بالانفاق المالی غیر المتزن مع عدم الاهتمام برای الزوجة ومعیشتها، وتسبب النزاعات القبلیة للخلاف بین الزوجین مما یودی اى الطلاق، بالاضافة اى قساوة العیش وکثرة التنقل فی البادیة.

Marital dispMarital disputes in PreIslamic poetry (causes and consequences)

AbstractMany of poets in preIslamic times have pointed out to their marital disputes and defended from themselves in different ways according to the severity of the dispute or its lightness. The Jahiliyah poet thought that woman tends to the young and rich men and for that reason they had no respet for them. Tribal customs, of course, had important role in Preference for men over women. This article seeks to know the atmosphere of the marital discord among poets, and its diversity of circumstances and its grades, in terms of strengths and weaknesses. This discord sometimes ends in disputes and beating and sometimes leads to the divorce. PreIslamic poetry sources have quoted many poems in this regard. The importance of this article is to relate the marital disputes to the atmosphere and preIslamic traditions, and to significance lessons learned from the poets for the correction of environmental functions affected by the atmosphere and tradition. And finally this article finds that marital disputes are due to following items: age differences, tribal conflicts, different ideas, family separation, the absence of a divine law that regulates family disputes in addition to the harshness of living and the large movement in the desert.Keywords: preIslamic poetry, the couple, marital disputes, reproach, tribal
