تدوین الگوی مشاوره مبتنی بر مدل تعالی شغل- خانواده و اثربخشی آن بر تسهیل تعارض شغل - خانواده شهرتهران

پژوهش حاضر با هدف تدوین الگوی مشاوره‌ مبتنی بر مدل تعالی شغل- خانواده و اثربخشی آن بر تسهیل تعارض شغل- خانواده انجام گرفت. طرح پژوهش از نوع آمیخته اکتشافی (کیفی-کمی) و مشتمل بر دو قسمت تدوین مدل(کیفی) و بررسی اثربخشی مشاوره‌ مبتنی بر مدل بر تسهیل تعارض شغل- خانواده(کمی) بود. جامعه پژوهش در قسمت تدوین مدل(کیفی) شامل کلیه متخصصان و کارمندان شاغل در دانشگاه اصفهان و کلیۀ مطالعات داخلی و خارجی انجام شده در خصوص تعالی شغل-خانواده از سال 2001تا سال 2022 بود. در این قسمت نمونه پژوهش به صورت هدفمند انتخاب و تا حد اشباع نظری مقوله ها ادامه یافت. ابزارگردآوری اطلاعات مصاحبه و دادهها با استفاده از روش تحلیل محتوا (کدگذاری باز، محوری و گزینشی) و با استفاده از نرم افزار مکس.کیو.دا. 24 مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. در قسمت بررسی اثربخشی مشاوره‌ مبتنی بر مدل بر تسهیل تعارض شغل- خانواده (کمی) نمونه پژوهش به صورت در دسترس انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل گماشته شدند. داده ها با استفاده از دو پرسشنامه ویژگیهای جمعیت شناختی(محقق ساخته) و پرسشنامه تعالی شغل-خانواده(گرینهاوس و پاول، 2006 ) جمع آوری و با استفاده از نرم افزار آماری اس.پی.اس.اس- 25 و با روش تحلیل کواریانس مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته های پژوهش نشان داد که مدل تعالی شغل- خانواده دارای هشت بعد است و مشاوره‌ مبتنی بر مدل تعالی شغل- بنابراین میتوان با استفاده از مدل تدوین شده تعالی شغل- خانواده به افراد شاغل در برقراری تعادل بین دو نقش شغل و خانواده کمک نمود.

designing and validating the work-family enrichment model and examining work counseling based on the model of facilitating work-family conflict

the current research was conducted with the aim of developing a counseling model based on the model of work-family enrichment and its effectiveness on facilitating work-family conflict. the research design was of a explorative mixed type (qualitative-quantitative) and consisted of two parts: developing a model (qualitative) and examining the effectiveness of model-based counseling on facilitating work-family conflict (quantitative). the research community in the model development part (qualitative) included all specialists and employees who working in the university of isfahan and all internal and external studies conducted on work-family enrichment from 2001 to 2022. in this part, the research sample was selected purposefully and continued until the theoretical saturation of the categories. the data collection tool was an interview and the data was analyzed using the content analysis method (open, central and selective coding) and using the max.q.da.24 software. in the part of examining the effectiveness of model-based counseling on facilitating work-family conflict (quantitative), the research sample was selected available and randomly assigned to two experimental and control groups. the data were collected with using two demographic characteristicsquestionnaires researcher made) and the work-family enrichment questionnaire (greenhouse andpowell, 2006) and have been used by the statistical software spss-25 and the analysis of covariancemethod. the findings of the research showed that the work-family enrichment model has eightdimensions, and counseling based on this model is effective on facilitation of work-family conflict(p<0.05). ). therefore, it is possible to help employees in establishing a balance between the two rolesof work and family by using the developed model of work-family enrichment.
