رابطه ناگویی هیجانی و رضایت زناشویی:مطالعه فراتحلیل

بررسی نقش متغیر شخصیتی ناگویی هیجانی در رضایت زناشویی زوجین از جمله مباحث مطرح در روانشناسی است. تحقیقات متعددی درباره رابطه ناگویی هیجانی و رضایت زناشویی انجام شده است، اما گاهی نتایج آن‌ها ناهماهنگ و متناقض است، از این رو هدف پژوهش حاضر به کار گیری روش فراتحلیل به منظور تحلیل و ترکیب نتایج مطالعات صورت گرفته پیرامون ارتباط میان ناگویی هیجانی و رضایت زناشویی بود. برای انجام فراتحلیل، از میان پژوهش‌های مرتبط با رابطه ناگویی هیجانی و رضایت زناشویی که در نشریات علمی پژوهشی فارسی و خارجی (انگلیسی) بین سالهای 1388 الی 1401 چاپ شده اند، 35پژوهش که به روش توصیفی انجام گرفته و ملاک ورود به پژوهش را داشتند، انتخاب نموده و در مرحله بعد ضریب اندازه اثر با استفاده از نرم افزارcma ارزیابی شد. نتایج نشان می‌دهد، اندازه اثر یا ضریب تاثیر ناگویی هیجانی بر رضایت زناشویی در مدل اثرات تصادفی (0/39-) و در مدل اثرات ثابت (37/0-) است که بر حسب نظام تفسیری کوهن این میزان تاثیر بالاتر از حد متوسط ارزیابی می‌شود. ترکیب تحقیقات انجام یافته، رابطه منفی ناگویی هیجانی و رضایت زناشویی را نشان می‌دهد.

alexithymia and marital satisfaction: a meta-analysis study

investigating the role of the personality variable of alexithymia in the marital satisfaction of couples is one of the topics discussed in psychology. several researches have been done on the relationship between alexithymia and marital satisfaction, but sometimes their results are inconsistent and contradictory, therefore the purpose of the current research is to use the meta-analysis method in order to analyze and combine the results of the studies conducted on the relationship between alexithymia and marital satisfaction. in order to perform meta-analysis, among the researches related to the relationship between alexithymia and marital satisfaction that were published in persian and foreign (english) research journals between 2009 and 2022, 35 studies that were conducted in a descriptive way and the criteria for entering the research were selected and in the next step, the coefficient the effect size has been evaluated using cma software. the size of the effect or coefficient of alexithymia on marital satisfaction is -0.39 in the random effects model and -0.37 in the fixed effects model , which according to cohen’s interpretation system, this effect is considered above average. the combination of the conducted research shows the negative relationship between alexithymia and marital satisfaction.
