مدل پیش‌بینی اختلال شخصیت وسواسی - اجباری بر اساس آسیب‌های پیچیده و روابط موضوعی با نقش میانجی توانمندی خود در زوج‌های متعارض

پژوهش حاضر به منظور مطالعه مدل پیش‌بینی اختلال شخصیت وسواسی اجباری بر اساس آﺳﯿﺐ ﻫﺎی ﭘﯿﭽﯿﺪه و رواﺑﻂ ﻣﻮﺿﻮﻋﯽ ﺑﺎ ﻧﻘﺶ ﻣﯿﺎﻧﺠﯽ ﺗﻮاﻧﻤﻨﺪی ﺧﻮد در زوج ﻫﺎی ﻣﺘﻌﺎرض اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ. روش ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﺑﻮد. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎری ﮐﻠﯿﻪ زوج ﻫﺎی ﻣﺮاﺟﻌﻪ ﮐﻨﻨﺪه ﺑﻪ ﮐﻠﯿﻨﯿﮏ ﻣﺸﺎوره در ﺳﺎل 1400 در ﺷﻬﺮ ﺗﻬﺮان ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ. ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از روش ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﮔﯿﺮی ﺧﻮﺷﻪ ای ﭼﻨﺪﻣﺮﺣﻠﻪ ای، 8 ﻣﻨﻄﻘﻪ ﺗﻬﺮان اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪﻧﺪ و 15 ﻣﺮﮐﺰ ﻣﺸﺎوره در اﯾﻦ ﻣﻨﺎﻃﻖ اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﻧﻘﻄﻪ ﺑﺮش 75 ﺑﻪ ﺑﺎﻻ در اﺧﺘﻼل وﺳﻮاس ﻓﮑﺮی اﺟﺒﺎری در ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﻣﯿﻠﻮن 3 و ﻃﺒﻖ ﻧﻈﺮ ﮐﻼﯾﻦ 2005 ، 209 ﺷﺮﮐﺖ ﮐﻨﻨﺪه دارای ﻣﻼک ﻫﺎی ورود ﺑﻪ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪﻧﺪ و ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﻫﺎی ﭼﻨﺪﻣﺤﻮری ﺑﺎﻟﯿﻨﯽ ﻣﯿﻠﻮن 3 1994 ، رواﺑﻂ ﻣﻮﺿﻮﻋﯽ ﺑﻞ 1986 ، آﺳﯿﺐ دوران ﮐﻮدﮐﯽ ﺑﺮﻧﺸﺘﺎﯾﻦ و ﻫﻤﮑﺎران 2003 و ﺗﻮاﻧﻤﻨﺪی ﺧﻮد ﻣﺎرﮐﺴﺘﺮوم و ﻫﻤﮑﺎران 1997 را ﺗﮑﻤﯿﻞ ﮐﺮدﻧﺪ. داده ﻫﺎ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﺿﺮﯾﺐ ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﭘﯿﺮﺳﻮن و ﻣﺪل ﯾﺎﺑﯽ ﻣﻌﺎدﻻت ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎری ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ رواﺑﻂ ﻣﻮﺿﻮﻋﯽ و آﺳﯿﺐ ﻫﺎی ﭘﯿﭽﯿﺪه ﺑﺎ اﺧﺘﻼل ﺷﺨﺼﯿﺖ وﺳﻮاﺳﯽ اﺟﺒﺎری راﺑﻄﻪ ﻣﺴﺘﻘﯿﻢ و ﻣﻌﻨﺎدار دارﻧﺪ و ﺗﻮاﻧﻤﻨﺪی ﺧﻮد ﺑﺎ اﺧﺘﻼل ﺷﺨﺼﯿﺖ وﺳﻮاﺳﯽ اﺟﺒﺎری راﺑﻄﻪ ﻣﻨﻔﯽ و ﻣﻌﻨﺎدار دارد 0/01

the prediction model of ocd personality based on complex trauma and object relation with mediating role of ego strength in conflicting couples

the present study aimed to study the predicting model of ocd personality based on complex trauma and object relation with mediating role of ego strength in conflicting couples. method was correlation. population was all refereeing couples to counseling and psychological clinics in 2021 in tehran. using multi cluster sampling and cutting point >75 in mcmi 3, 209 participants with ocd and inclusion criteria were selected and completed the questionnaires of mark storm and et al, s 1997 pies, milon 3, s 1997 mcmi 3, bell's 1995 bori, borneshtian et al, s 2003 ctq. data were analyzed by pearson correlation and sem. the results indicated that there is a positive and significant relationship between trauma and ocd and there is a negative and significant relationship between ego strength and ocd p<0.01 . the results of sem showed that the prediction model of ocd based on complex trauma and object relation with mediating role of ego strength is fit p<0.01 . the results show evidence that ego strength effect on ocd through moderating object relation and effacing the dimension of cognitive and emotional of childhood trauma. therefore, it was suggested, pay attention to trauma and object relation in etiology and therapy of ocd and promote ego strength by training.
