رابطه بین تعارض کار- خانواده و کیفیت روابط زناشویی در بین معلمان زن متاهل در دوره همه‌گیری کووید 19: نقش میانجی حمایت اجتماعی ادراک‌شده

زمینه و هدف: با توجه به شرایط به وجود آمده در دوران همه‌گیری کوید 19 و به‌واسطه این شرایط تغییرات اساسی در نوع و شکل آموزش معلمان به وجود آمد. در این پژوهش به بررسی نقش میانجی حمایت اجتماعی ادراک‌شده در ارتباط بین تعارض کار-خانواده و کیفیت رابطه زناشویی در بین معلمان زن متاهل در دوره کووید 19 پرداخته شد. روش: این پژوهش از نوع مطالعات توصیفی همبستگی بود. جامعه پژوهش را معلمان زن متاهل شهر مشهد در سال 1400 تشکیل دادند که از طریق نمونه‌گیری در دسترس تعداد 283 نفر در پژوهش شرکت کردند و با استفاده از پرسشنامه‌های تعارض کار- خانواده کارلسون (2000)، مقیاس کیفیت زناشویی باسبی، مقیاس چندبعدی حمایت اجتماعی ادراک‌شده سنجیده شدند. یافته‌ها: یافته های پژوهش حاضر نشان داد که بین تعارض کار- خانواده و کیفیت روابط زناشویی رابطه منفی و معنادار وجود دارد (p<0/01). همچنین نتایج نشان داد متغیر حمایت اجتماعی نقش واسطه‌ای معناداری بین تعارض کار-خانواده و کیفیت روابط زناشویی دارد (p<0/01) نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به یافته‌های پژوهش می‌توان نتیجه گرفت در معلمان زن متاهل در طول همه‌گیری کووید 19، داشتن حمایت اجتماعی از طرف خانواده، دوستان، و سایرین می‌تواند تاثیر تعارض کار_ خانواده را بر کیفیت روابط زناشویی  آن‌ها کاهش دهد.

the relationship between work-family conflict and marital relationship quality among married female teachers during the covid-19 pandemic: the mediating role of perceived social

background and purpose: due to the conditions that arose during the covid-19 epidemic and due to these conditions, there were fundamental changes in the type and form of teacher training. in this research, the mediating role of perceived social support in the relationship between work-family conflict and the quality of marital relationship among married female teachers in the period of covid-19 was investigated. method: this research was a descriptive correlational study. the research community was formed by married female teachers of mashhad city in 2021, who participated in the research through available sampling of 283 people, and were measured using carlson’s (2000) family-work conflict questionnaires, the busby marital quality scale, and the multidimensional scale of perceived social support. became findings: the findings of the present study showed that there is a negative and significant relationship between family work conflict and marital relationship quality (p<0.01).also, the results showed that the social support variable has a significant mediating role between family work conflict and the quality of marital relationships (p<0.01). socialization from family, friends, and others can reduce the impact of work-family conflict on the quality of their marital relationships.
