طراحی الگوی هویت یکپارچه در دختران مبتنی بر تجارب زیسته موفق

دختران به‌واسطه تحولات مختلف با چالش تعارض بین سطوح مختلف هویت مواجه هستند، درحالی‌ که یکپارچگی هویت برای عملکرد مطلوب اجتماعی و روان‌شناختی ضرورت دارد. ازاین‌رو، شناخت ابعاد مختلف آن، مسیر مداخله را فراهم می‌سازد. در این پژوهش از روش کیفی استفاده شده و نمونه‌گیری به‌صورت هدفمند انجام گرفته است. بدین منظور با 20 نفر از دختران 19 تا 24 ساله که چالش‌های هویتی را تجربه کرده‌اند مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته انجام گرفت. به‌منظور تحلیل داده‌ها طبق نظریه زمینه‌ای، مدل اشتراوس و کوربین، مصاحبه‌ها در سه مرحله مقوله‌بندی و مدل استخراج و اعتباریابی آن موردبررسی قرار گرفت. مواجهه با آشفتگی‌های روان‌شناختی و مواجهه اثربخش با جهان‌بینی الهی به‌عنوان عوامل علی و همچنین پیامدهای ناشی از راهبردها، ویژگی‌هایی از باور و عمل به دین را آشکار ساختند که ماهیت فراگیر و زیرساختی آن را در ایجاد هویت یکپارچه و پایدار تبیین می‌کند. راهبردها، عوامل مداخله‌ای و زمینه‌ای نیز مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت.

designing girls’ integrated identity model based on successful lived experiences

young females face the challenge of conflict between various levels of identity, whereas integrated identity is necessary for optimal performance in both social and psychological contexts. as a result, the intervention route is prepared by understanding the different aspects of it. in this study, the qualitative method and purposeful sampling have been utilized. for this purpose, semistructured interview has been conducted on twenty young females nineteen to twenty four years old who have experienced identity challenges. for analyzing the data, interviews were categorized in three stages and paradigm model of corbin and strauss were driven based on the model of grounded theory the validity of it has been assessed. the causal conditions including the psychological distress and effective confrontation with the divine worldview, and the consequence of strategies revealed the characteristics of belief and practice in religion, which explains its pervasive and infrastructural nature in development of the integrated and sustainable identity, indicating the characteristic of the thirdorder change. strategies, contextual conditions and intervening conditions were analyzed.
