الزامات مداخله در سلامت جنسی خانواده

جامعه‌ ایران در دو دهه‌ اخیر، شاهد تحولات گسترده‌ای در ساحت فرهنگ جنسی بوده است. این تغییرات منجر به رشد و گسترش آسیب‌هایی در زمینه‌ زیست جنسی ایرانیان گردیده و مخاطراتی برای سلامت جنسی خانواده ایجاد کرده است. این شرایط ضرورت مدیریت، پایش و کنترل سلامت جنسی و تربیت جنسی صحیح را نشان می‌دهد. در مطالعه‌ حاضر، با 22 نفر از صاحب‌نظران حوزه سلامت جنسی، مصاحبه‌ عمیق انجام گرفته و با استفاده از راهبرد تحلیل مضمون، الزامات این مداخله ازمنظر صاحب‌نظران، استخراج شده است. نتایج پژوهش در قالب 10 الزام کلان و 30 الزام جزیی به‌عنوان الزامات مداخله در سلامت جنسی دسته‌بندی شده است. این الزامات، ژرف‌نگری و رویکرد سیستمی به سلامت جنسی، هنجارسازی و الگوسازی زیست جنسی مطلوب، تقویت ارزش‌های مشترک فطری، خانواده‌‌محوری در تربیت و آموزش جنسی، آموزش مهارت‌های مواجهه با مسائل جنسی، مواجهه قانونمند  با تحریکات جنسی، مداخله‌ سطح‌بندی‌شده در سلامت جنسی، تسهیل و زمینه‌سازی  برای ازدواج دائم، مداخلات تخصصی برای مواجهه با اختلالات و انحرافات جنسی و هم‌چنین پشتیبانی حاکمیت از موسسات مردم‌نهاد در حوزه سلامت جنسی می‌باشند که به‌عنوان پیش‌نیاز هرگونه مداخله  در جهت ارتقاء سلامت جنسی خانواده باید مورد توجه قرار گیرند.

Requirements for Intervention in Family Sexual Health

Iranian society in the last two decades has witnessed extensive changes in the field of sexual culture. These changes have led to the growth and spread of harms in the field of Iranian sexuality and have created risks for the sexual health of the family. These conditions indicate the need to manage, monitor and control sexual health and proper sexual education. In the present study, 22 indepth sexual health experts were interviewed and the requirements of this intervention were extracted from the experts’ point of view using the content analysis strategy. The results of the study are classified into 10 major requirements and 30 minor requirements as sexual health intervention requirements. These requirements include deepening and systematic approach to sexual health, standardization and modeling of desirable biosexuality, strengthening common innate values, familyoriented in sex education and training, training in coping skills with sexual issues, legal coping with sexual stimulation, and leveled intervention in sexual health. And pave the way for permanent marriage, specialized interventions to deal with sexual disorders and deviations, as well as government support for nongovernmental organizations in the field of sexual health, which should be considered as a prerequisite for any intervention to promote family sexual health.
