تجربه زیسته مادران از تربیت جنسی کودکان پیش از دبستان

هدف این پژوهش بررسی تجربه زیسته مادران از تربیت جنسی کودکان پیش از دبستان خود بود. این پژوهش به روش کیفی و با استفاده از رویکرد پدیدارشناسی انجام شد که در آن یازده مادر صاحب یک تا سه فرزند حداقل سه تا شش‌ساله مورد مصاحبه عمیق و اکتشافی قرار گرفتند. داده‌ها جمع‌آوری، ثبت و شناسه‌گذاری، و سپس در قالب مضمون‌های اصلی و فرعی طبقه‌بندی شد و به روش کلایزی تحلیل شد. تحلیل 205 شناسه اولیه، به شناسایی دو مضمون اصلی بسترهای حفظ معصومیت و بسترهای پیشگیری از سوء استفاده جنسی و هشت مضمون فرعی (مراقبت‌های مادران  مبتنی بر خود، مراقبت‌های مبتنی بر کودک، نظارت بر تماس با محتواهای جنسی، پاسخ به سوالات جنسی کودک، توجه به نیازهای کودک، احترام و توجه به خواسته‌های کودک، توجه به ارتباط کودک با دیگران و تقویت مهارت‌های خودمراقبتی) منجر شد. ساختار نهایی تجربه شرکت‌کنندگان حاکی از چندبعدی‌بودن تربیت جنسی در سال‌های پیش از دبستان با استفاده از روش‌های مراقبتی و نظارتی، توجه، پاسخگویی و آموزشی بوده است.

The aim of the present study was to investigate the lived experience of mothers from the sex rearing of their preschool children. This research was performed qualitatively using a phenomenological approach that in which 11 mothers of one to three children at least 3 to 6 years old were interviewed in depth and explored. Data were collected, recorded and coded and was analyzed with Colaizzy method in the form of main and subthematic themes. Analysis of 205 Preliminary Code, led to the identification of 2 themes (Sexual Innocence preservation and sexual abuse prevention Channel) and 8 subthemes (Selfbased maternal care, Childbased care, Monitoring of Sexual content, Answering to the child’s sexual questions, Pay attention to the needs of the child, Respect and attention to the child’s wishes, Pay attention to the child’s relationship with others and Improvement of selfcare skills). The final structure of participants’ experience suggests that sex rearing is multidimensional in preschoolers with Using care, supervision, attention, accountability and training methods.
