انواع آسیب های ناشی از خیانت زناشویی در زوجین

خیانت زناشویی به آسیبهای متعددی در افراد منجر، و موجب از دست‌رفتن روابط زناشویی می شود. این پژوهش با هدف شناسایی انواع آسیبهای ناشی از خیانت زناشویی انجام شد. پژوهش از نوع کیفی است و از مرور سامانمند و مصاحبه اکتشافی استفاده شد تا انواع آسیبهای ناشی از خیانت زناشویی استخراج شود. در بخش مرور سامانمند 31 مقاله از بین مجموع 65 مقاله جستجو، و طی فرایندی انتخاب شد و مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. هم چنین برای مصاحبه اکتشافی 20 زوج درگیر خیانت زناشویی به روش هدفمند انتخاب شدند و مورد مصاحبه قرار گرفتند. هم‌چنین نظرات 14 نفر از متخصصان حوزه خانواده برای بررسی اعتبار فهرست آسیبهای ناشی از خیانت زناشویی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که خیانت زناشویی در تمامی ابعاد  فردی (جسمی و روانی)،  خانوادگی،  اجتماعی و  معنوی آسیب ایجاد می کند. در بعد  فردی، اختلال در خواب، اختلال در تغذیه، اضطراب، افسردگی، خدشه دارشدن اعتماد، در بعد خانوادگی کاهش روابط عاطفی، تنش در خانواده، از بین‌رفتن صمیمیت خانوادگی، اختلال در وظایف والدینی، در بعد  اجتماعی از بین‌رفتن آبرو، مشکلات شغلی و مشکلات مالی و در بعد معنوی عذاب وجدان و احساس گناه، مهمترین آسیبهای ناشی از خیانت زناشویی بود. مبتنی بر نتایج  می‌توان گفت که خیانت زناشویی نه یک مشکل فردی بلکه آسیب همه‌جانبه‌ای دارد و برای پیشگیری و درمان آن هم به مداخلات جندجانبه نیاز است.

Types of Marital Infidelity Injuries in Couples

Marital infidelity can cause many injuries to people and cause them to lose their marital relationships. The purpose of this study was to identify the types of marital infidelity injuries. The research was a qualitative one and systematic review and exploratory interviews were used to extract the types of marital infidelity injuries. In the systematic review section, 31 articles out of a total of 65 articles were searched and selected during the process. Also, for exploratory interview, 20 couples involved in marital infidelity were selected by purposeful method and interviewed. The opinions of 14 family professionals were also examined to assess the validity of the list of marital infidelity injuries. The results showed that marital infidelity was harmful in all aspects of individual (physical and psychological), family, social and spiritual. In the individual dimension, sleep disturbance, eating disorder, anxiety, depression, loss of trust, in the family dimension, emotional relationships decline, stress in the family, loss of family intimacy, disturbance of parental duties, loss of social dimension Honor, job problems, and financial problems, and in the spiritual dimension, tormented conscience and guilt as the most important traumas of marital infidelity. Based on the results, it can be said that marital infidelity is not an individual problem but a comprehensive injury and requires comprehensive interventions to prevent and treat it.
