تحلیل لزوم سرپرستی مرد بر نهاد خانواده از منظر اسلام و روان‌شناسی با‌توجه به کارکردهای خانواده در اسلام

مساله مدیریت خانواده، علاوه بر اینکه در آموزه‌های اسلامی مورد توجه قرار گرفته، در علوم جدید نیز همچون روان‌شناسی مورد پژوهش و کاوش بسیاری واقع شده است؛ تا جایی که جمع‌آوری و مطالعه تطبیقی نظرات مختلف می‌تواند نوع نظام مدیریتی خانواده را در هر دو رویکرد اسلام و روان‌شناسی روشن نماید. به همین دلیل، پژوهش حاضر با هدف تبیین ضرورت وجود مدیر در خانواده و انتخاب مرد به عنوان مدیر و نیز اثرات اقتدار مرد در تحقق کارکردهای اسلامی ‌خانواده از منظر اسلام و روان‌شناسی نگاشته شده است. برای رسیدن به این هدف با روش تحلیل داده‌های کیفی، داده‌های مربوط با مدیریت مرد و ویژگی‌های روانشناختی او و نیز آیات و روایات مرتبط با اهداف ازدواج جمع‌آوری شده و سپس، ضرورت اعطای نقش مدیریتی به مرد و ارتباط آن با کارکردهای ازدواج مورد تبیین قرار گرفته است. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که مدیریت خانواده از منظر اسلام بر عهده مرد است و علل آن، ویژگی‌های متمایزکننده مرد و نیز ادای نفقه توسط مرد می‌باشد. از نظر روان‌شناسی نیز، بر اساس بعضی صفات ذاتیِ مرد – همچون: اقتدارگرایی، مهارت ذهنی بیشتر و احساس مسئولیت در اداره زندگی مردان لایق‌ترین گزینه برای مدیریت خانواده محسوب می‌شوند. گذشته از این، مدیریت مرد بر نهاد خانواده با رضایت از زندگی و آرامش روانی زن و شوهر در ارتباط بوده و پذیرش اقتدار مرد در زن، علاوه بر رفع اختلاف ‌نظرات در خانواده، به صورت صحیحی فرایند نقش‌پذیری جنسیتی را در فرزندان شکل می‌دهد.

Explaining he Necessity of Male Guardianship in the Family Institution from the Perspective of Islam and Psychology According to the Functions of The Family in Islam

The issue of family management, in addition to being addressed in Islamic teachings, has also been researched in many new sciences, such as psychology, and the compilation and comparative study of different theories can clarify the type of family management system in both Islamic and psychological approaches. N. Therefore, the present study has been written with the aim of explaining the necessity of having a manager in the family and choosing a man as its manager, as well as the effects of male authority on the realization of Islamic functions of the family from the perspective of Islam and psychology. Qualitatively, data related to the man’s management and his psychological characteristics as well as verses and narrations related to the purposes of marriage were collected and then the necessity of giving a managerial role to the man and its relationship with the functions of marriage was explained. Findings show that the management of the family from the perspective of Islam is the responsibility of the man, the reasons for which are the distinguishing characteristics of the man and the payment of alimony by the man, and psychologically, based on some inherent traits of men such as domination, skill Men with more mentality and sense of responsibility in managing life are the most worthy option for managing the family. Also, the management of the man over the institution of the family is related to the satisfaction of life and peace of mind of the couple, and the acceptance of such authority in the man, in addition to resolving differences in the family, correctly shapes the process of gender role in children.
